  酒店环境不错，就是被携程坑了，花了比其他平台贵好几百的价格，给我的确是酒店位置最差的房型，以后谨慎选择携程平台。有一説一，酒店设施齐全，餐食高档，里面两家餐厅都吃了，味道不错，早餐完美。

  I love the location pf the hotel its very scenic. its in thenold quarter and theres a lot of small cafes around it. The hotel itself is beatutiful, its clean,. the staff are very friendly and they really took good care of us, the breakfast buffet is awesome, cant get enough of the pho and the food at saigon resto is awesome that we ate there twice. We really had a good experience that we will definitely go back

  My stay at InterContinental Hanoi was excellent from start to finish. The hotel offers a very high level of comfort with spacious, well-designed rooms and beautiful views over the city and West Lake. The service was outstanding — staff were professional, attentive, and always willing to help with any request. Breakfast had a great variety with high-quality food, and the overall dining experience was impressive. The location is also very convenient yet peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax after a busy day in Hanoi. Overall, a truly luxurious and memorable stay that I would highly recommend.

  The room is ok. The bottled water provided in the room were not enough so we have to request extra everyday. Many food choices for breakfast.

  酒店不给住两大两小，小孩4岁和9岁，这个很不开心，特别不喜欢，要开两间房或者换两个卧室，费用多一倍，不大好。酒店外面一家牛肉粉店，四碗才23万越南盾，划算

  位置不在主城区，如果去主城区打车摺合人民币十多元，也是挺方便的。酒店整个面积挺大，特色是“水屋”，湖景。不过我们去的时候灰蒙蒙的，感觉整个行程中，河内一直都是灰蒙蒙的，像是雾霾天。
