  日本人街にも近く便利なホテルです。 部屋は申し分无い部屋でアフターでジムやサウナも充実しており2泊でも充分楽しめるホテルです。 食事も日本食や韩国食など充実していて大変満足しました。

  Location: right above Lotte Mall, good for shopping and last minute buys in the Lotte Mart. Easy to travel to places around Hanoi Room: Spacious and clean, carpet floor though ?? good view of the city Service: all the staff we met were very friendly and helpful Food: we tried the breakfast buffet and it was so good, it is near to a few food places to that is nice as well

  I had a wonderful 3-night sightseeing and shopping trip to Hanoi, with a very pleasant stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. The Deluxe Room was well-equipped, amenities were sufficient, and cleanliness met our expectations. Service was consistent, with late evening requests for additional drinking water delivered promptly. A special compliment to Mai, Supervisor at the 63rd floor breakfast, who impressed us by returning with an update on a service lapse — a thoughtful gesture that reflects great hospitality. Don’t miss the seasonal Mango Bingsu at The Lounge, a refreshing treat after a hot day out in Hanoi.

  主要就地理位置比较方便，看得出来酒店已有时间的痕迹，健身房需转两部电梯比较麻烦，早餐服务的人员感觉训练比较不熟练

  深夜才到河内入住这个酒店整体来说比较干净舒适，而且地理位置非常的好.酒店以日韩人居多,周围配套乐天的百货中心和超市，下次还会入住?

  Super hotel and excellent service. Breakfast is delicious and food variety is a lot. Location is very good and there is shopping mall. Good for value for sure.

  ロッテホテルハノイに宿泊しました。高层阶の部屋からの眺めが素晴らしく、特に夜景は圧巻でした。部屋は清洁で设备も充実しており、快适に过ごせました。スタッフの対応も丁宁で安心感があり、朝食のバリエーションも豊富で美味しかったです。立地も良く、次回ハノイを访れる际もぜひ利用したいホテルです。
