到酒店的马路对面，因为不确定是不是这个酒店在那驻足了一会，酒店的服务小哥直接过来问我是不是住这帮我拿行李。以及酒店的所有服务人员都服务的非常好，态度也非常好??

????? Meritel Hanoi – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at Meritel Hanoi during my short trip to Hanoi. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and excellent service.
On the day I was supposed to check in, there was heavy rain, and I received an email from the hotel informing me that my room had a water leakage issue and couldn’t be used. The hotel took full responsibility and arranged a stay for me at another nearby hotel of similar quality. I truly appreciated how responsibly and professionally they handled the situation.
The alternate hotel was also great, but once I returned and stayed at Meritel Hanoi, everything was just as amazing as all the reviews had promised—clean, stylish, and very comfortable.
The location is excellent—within walking distance of the Old Quarter, local cafes, shops, and attractions. Breakfast was delicious, especially the pho, and all the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
Special thanks to Mr. Mike, who took such wonderful care of me—just like family.
One service that really stood out was that after checkout, they offered me the option to come back and take a shower before my late-night flight, completely free of charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference.
I’m truly impressed and would love to come back to Meritel Hanoi on my next trip!

酒店装修豪华典雅，前台服务细致耐心周到，早餐丰富多样，客房乾净舒适，房间有精致小礼物，两粒甜美的巧克力。一间值得推荐的酒店！

Visiting Hanoi with a 6 month old was always going to be a challenge but the hotel staff made this a lot easier with their attentive service. Their was always someone there to help with the pushchair up and down the steps to the hotel even though a pushchair in hanoi is a challenge in itself. The facilities were great and the roof top pool and bar were fantastic, especially once the baby had gone down so we could escape upstairs with the baby monitor for a night cap.

河内行的第一家酒店，整体氛围感觉是有的，服务也不错，spa一般，我们住的是唯二对街有阳台的房间，隔音不太好，路上车辆声音睡觉听得挺清楚的，走廊隔音也一般，洗手间的风格好像跟卧室不太搭，有点年代感。

Very good location, walkable to Old Quarter, Shopping districts (cathedral, etc) albeit 15-20mins by foot & CRAZY traffic + uneven pathways.
Room was good, but cleanliness can be improved - no complaints for its efficiency though, prompt follow up with our requests.
