This is an hotel you will book again after your 1st stay because the hotel has a very nice and cosy deco and the most important is all the stuff there are very friendly and helpful even their cleaner , I’ll will definitely book again when I come back Hanoi . Thank you very much to all the hotel stuff ! I’ll see you again !

Hotel is at excellent location, 5 mins from train street, 10 mins from old quarter. Tons of restaurants and shops around. Staff is friendly, decent breakfast with possibilities to get freshly made eggs of all sorts, pancakes etc.

Wasn’t even allowed to fly to Vietnam, so I’m not sure why Trip.com is asking for a review and also emailing me about my stay. Spoke with several “relevant departments” overall. I had to call O’Gallery directly three times to try and sell the room because both Trip and O’Gallery said each other had policies preventing any sort of refund on this Tripp of 11 bookings and 7000RMB PREPAID (Room 1600RMB). I am still waiting on if they sold the room or were willing to compromise a refund, and just for this hotel no one is budging on assistance even though Shenzhen Airlines is at fault. Pictures of Shenzhen Airlines screenshots preventing travel (7 hours at airport fighting the disaster).

The hotel and the room are absolutely beautiful! The staff was very helpful and friendly too. Though, the sheet wasn’t too clean, there was a white hair inside the folded towels, and also during the breakfast, I opened the fresh milk bottle in the restaurant, I could see the mold inside the cap of the bottle…I was a bit shocked to see this.
