We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary with a family trip to Hanoi and stayed three nights at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi.
Our Grand Luxury Room in the Heritage Wing truly lived up to the hotel’s reputation, allowing us to fully feel its rich history, and the bedding was excellent.
The complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and happy hour also made our stay even more enjoyable.
At the Sunday brunch at Le Beaulieu, I wanted to indulge in oysters, lobster, crab, and foie gras, but there were so many other delicious dishes that it was almost impossible to try everything. I was genuinely happy just eating my way through the buffet.
What impressed us most was the service from a staff member named Daphne. From check?in throughout our entire stay, she consistently looked after our family and proactively asked if there was anything we needed.
She not only explained the hotel facilities and nearby area in a very kind and detailed way during check?in, but also kept checking in with us during our stay and took care of many small details.
Her service went far beyond simply responding to requests; she anticipated what we might need and offered thoughtful suggestions, which made us truly feel the high standard of service that the Metropole aims for.
Thanks to Daphne, our impression of the Metropole became even more positive, and we would gladly choose this hotel again on our next visit to Hanoi. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to value staff members like Daphne.

One of the most beautiful hotel we have stayed so far. Strongly recommend the heritage wing to have a privileged stay with complementary drinks and afternoon tea experience. The service was simply incredible and very accommodating.

住的歌剧翼，大小还可以。酒店本身有100多年历史，可以免费预约historical tour了解。几个餐厅的早餐、下午茶、酒水都很好，免费的都吃不过来，还送了welcome drink可以选择一个酒吧兑换。房间还可以让服务生准备泡泡浴，很有氛围。酒店的工作人员都非常热情贴心，英语也很。很推荐去度假

环境及服务确实值得推荐。餐食即美味又有当地特色。还有关于酒店的tour可以预约，参观了战争时的防空洞。
使用了携程预订还延迟退房了，很悠闲的享受了度假时光！以后有机会还会去体验历史翼的^_^
一个可以再改善的点，就是叫了泡泡浴服务，但是等了半小时以上才来，本想早早休息却不得不等待。

全球唯6??的索菲特传奇， 酒店地理位置没话説， 出酒店步行2分钟不到就是步行街，步行街到还剑湖、大教堂都很方便。 对面就是政府机构（好像是国宾馆？ ） 所以也相当安全，女生晚上独自一人出去也完全OK
订的是历史翼，年代久远。 看到同层楼甚至有接待过芬兰国家团的房间， 历史文化感铺面而来～ 酒店的房间不大，只有30平， 但酒店的拖鞋、眼罩和耳塞 都超级！超级！无敌舒服！一觉到天明
酒店办理入住的时候， 工作人员会带着你熟悉酒店，介绍酒店的历史 ～ 啊！ 对了，前台甚至提供找钱的服务，点赞！！

用料扎实
人员的服务有点跟不上
电话要小童牙刷要了两次才送来
电话説要小童浴袍管家回覆説没有，我提醒説房间里面有一件，我们需要两件，这才送来
一定要按人数预订不然不给入住或者加钱换房间
我们两大两小最后只能加钱换套房，前台也比较冷漠??
房间香氛很满意
早餐也满意，连玛芬都不敷衍

酒店有历史、韵味，服务很好，但是设施不是五星水准。有得必有失吧！le club, spice garden, Angelina 的餐食中规中矩，算不上惊艳，但也不会踩雷。

服务好，还upgrade了房间，有welcome drink，3年前翻新了，房间乾净企理，光线充足，还隔音。餐厅食物可以，Angelina酒吧有DJ，适合热闹的人去，cocktail就一般

这次入住体验非常满意。酒店临近还剑湖老城区，夜里非常热闹。法式建筑风格很有特色，奢华典雅。服务方面尤其出色，工作人员热情专业，英文沟通顺畅，还能主动协助叫车等实际需求，体验非常加分。早餐品种丰富。整体来説，无论环境还是服务都达到高水准。
