Booked a 2 bedroom deluxe room for 3 people. Very comfortable rooms, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with bathtub), living room and washing machine.
Gym and sauna is very nice.
The staffs diep, thu, my and nam provided very good service. Thanks to them everything is smooth and easy.

We stayed at Somerset Grand Hanoi in November and had a wonderful experience. Yes, the hotel is older, but it is extremely convenient—just a 7–10 minute walk to the Old Quarter and close to everything you’d want to explore. The cooler weather was perfect; we could comfortably wear shorts, and the kids even enjoyed the pool.
Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit on the 10th floor was spacious and practical, with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer combo—super helpful for families. The kids especially loved the ping pong table! There’s also a Quick Mart right inside the hotel, which made it easy to grab breakfast items, snacks, and even last-minute things like cough drops.
We didn’t eat at the hotel since there are so many incredible options just steps away—but that’s part of the charm of staying here.
Overall, a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay in Hanoi. Highly recommend!

地点OK火车街步行8分钟. 早餐还可以。房间超大的家庭式套房，设备应有尽有，非常适合全家人、多人数入住，可以洗衣、泡澡真的很棒！

Hotel had some issues however all the staff members took issues seriously and handled amazingly well. I would like to book again if I'm traveling Hanoi! Thank you Hong Van for all your kindness.

房间超大的家庭式套房，设备应有尽有，非常适合全家人、多人数入住，可以洗衣、泡澡真的很棒！饭店设施泳池、儿童游乐区都有。饭店周遭比环剑湖北侧安全、马路宽敞。

各方面都不错，位置也很好，酒店韩国人很多。唯一有一样，在我入住前可以免费取消并且可以调整入住日期的时候发现价格降了20%。我完全可以取消了重新订，只是4号没有房。跟酒店协商，酒店居然拒绝我将原来订单缩短日期。最后想着避免麻烦，硬着头皮多给了1500CNY。心里跟吃了个苍蝇一样，一直住雅诗阁的房间，没想到这个会这么骚操作。

本次家庭旅游，对比了很多酒店，最终还是选择了这家五星级酒店。酒店位置佳，出行很方便，火车街步行8分钟。服务好，房间虽然略显陈旧但很乾净，设施齐全，性价比高。房间里有洗衣机洗衣服很方便。总体很满意。

一家四口，去河内6天，首两天住在还剑湖边的酒店，最后3晚因为想方便洗衣，所以选择了Somerset. 实际住下来，发现是非常明智的决定。
房间空间大，两房一厅、乾净整洁。第一晚住在17楼，半夜被附近工程钻孔机的声音吵醒，打去前台了解，才知道附近有政府工程，半夜都容许吵
噪音工程进行。酒店表示抱歉，并指出可以当晚就安排另一间安静的房间给我们睡觉，考虑到已经凌晨两点多，第二天一早就要出发去下龙湾，所以婉拒了。酒店也安排第二、三天换另一个方向、更高层的房间，问题解决。
楼下小超市很方便，后门斜对面的河粉店也非常不错。
后面住的房间，可以看到国会大楼、胡志明纪念馆和西湖，景观非常不错。
其实从酒店步行去还剑湖也不远，15分钟。去大教堂10分钟。很适合一家大小入住
