  This is THE benchmark for best service in a hotel. And not just for Hanoi, but for the world. Highly recommendable, you will not regret it! The location is excellent also, lots of restaurants and places to visit within walking distance of the hotel.

  我们从这个房间升级成了联通家庭房，这个酒店地理位置好，旁边就是教堂和湖，还有各种店铺，如果你想购入奢侈品也很近，如果你要住河内，这是一个不错的选择，酒店服务态度非常OK 表扬前台的lady Eileen，我们在早餐喝到Vietnam dirp coffee想着购入一些所以就向酒店询问，她很热心地为我们解答，老板给我狠狠的给这个姐姐加鸡腿好吧，**克拉斯

  一家三口元旦假期旅行入住这个酒店，非常满意。房间乾净整洁，床很舒适，服务迅速（要求加床，要冰桶、红酒杯等等）。地理位置极为优越，出门就是还剑湖最核心的区域。工作人员也非常专业和热情。后面还有机会到河内，一定会再次选择这里。

  房间不大，设施有些老旧，但衞生情况还不错的，地理位置也很好。如果按房间面积和设施来説这个价格确实太贵了，但几天住下来发现，酒店的价值在于它的位置，确实很方便。另外，我的街景房确实不敢让人恭维。

  Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Location is very central but still relatively quiet and calm. Room is of average size, but with a good size bathroom with shower and bathtub . Pool is large enough for a dip but not really for swimming laps. Gym is modest but well equipped for its size with weights, benches and treadmill. The breakfast offers a tasty buffet as well as a very good breakfast menu. The best hotel I’ve stayed in Hanoi for its price and location

  A truly high standard hotel, excellent attentive service by the staff. Fresh delicous breakfast. Clean pool. Quiet. Comfortable bed! Perfect location. I recommend it! The room is modern and clean. I stayed one night before it in the Intercontinental which is supposed to be the best, but it was so old worn dirty compared to this excellent hotel. (Only NOTE: you need to book the most expensive rooms to have proper windows. I booked the second category room with windows, but it was small and in front of a wall).

  酒店位置绝佳，可以很方便地去到各处旅游景点及着名的餐厅。酒店装修亦很古色古香，很有以前殖民地的色彩。酒店人员友好有礼。只是酒店历史比较长久，所以设施各方面看得出有一定年纪。

  The service at this hotel is absolutely exceptional, above and beyond what you expect. The food was very good as well. It is located in the center of the Old Quarter close to everything. The downside is that it is pretty busy and loud. On Fridays and weekends, there is live music on the rooftop next door and music playing in the nearby streets that you can hear in the hotel rooms.
