Stayed at The Chi Boutique Hotel – Hanoi and loved it. Breakfast is always great every day—honestly something to look forward to each morning. The portions are filling enough to count as brunch, so you end up saving on meals.
Staff are super courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with any questions or needs. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would happily come back again! ??

十点早餐结束，十点零二分到，还没收盘，就不让进了。一点不人性化。

Lovely boutique hotel and first impressions were great with really friendly bellboys, concierge staffs, service staffs. They were all really quick on their feet and does their best to cater to our needs.
But there were definitely down sides as well but probably just minor matters like for example, my partner and i were expecting a separate shower area and not needing to stand on the bathtub to shower and the sound proofing was definitely not great, you can hear people laughing and guest slamming, knocking their doors entering and exiting in the middle of the night or early in the morning. Radios can be heard clearly, coming from outside the hotel.
But all in all, it was still a really great experience staying here and it is situated at a very popular and central location within the old quarters, next to the church and like about 5mins walk to the lake.
They too have a roof top bar with only drinks (would be nice, if they have some finger food as well) and a lovely view, can see myself seated outside when it is chilly.
Definitely would still come back here to stay again and recommend others who wants to explore the old quarters to stay here as well!

这酒店已入住3次了，酒店位置好，就在教堂旁边，周边吃东西购物都方便。但房间设施有点旧，希望以后会翻新，做得更好。

位置不错 离教堂一分钟路程 非常方便 走去还剑湖也只有几分钟的路程 唯一不足就是房间很小 越南这样的酒店很多 需要花费高价才有阳台和大房间

Quite mind blown by the room size & cleanliness, a pity I only had a night to stay in. Nearby there a famous cathedral too & many nice foods around.
