枕套是破的，柜子上有灰，浴巾也很旧，刚开始给我开的二楼的房间，根本没法住，有霉味，外窗台积水都臭了

周围很方便。马路对面就有机场大巴。还有大型的超市购物买特产都很方便。前台服务待客如亲友。扫码还多余赠送了早餐。星程那碗麪比较有特色。住的很舒适。下次来哈尔滨还住这里。

酒店保持的很新，前台服务态度好，大厅高大上，水晶灯很漂亮，周围属于市中心，机场大巴可以在酒店对面坐，超级方便，推荐一下大家入住。

早餐非常好吃，菜品也很丰富，中餐，西餐，麪点都有，前台安排的房间很满意，房间衞生很好，大堂很乾净整洁，交通比较方便，附近的商圈也比较齐全，酒店有机器人送餐很方便，要什么东西及时送？

酒店环境非常好，交通很方便，前台的服务很好，早餐很好吃，客房很乾净，环境很好。房间安排的很满意房间衞生很好，衞生间比较大，整洁乾净住的比较安心。早餐很有特色，是一个麪条。当然还有其他的菜品。对面和门口旧机场大巴3号线。旅游出行是不错的选择。

Very clean room and the shower was amazing.
They offered us the breakfast in the checkin day for free and they let us stay in the hall for few hours before our train.

Great location, there’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel. We arrived Harbin in the midnight, so we took line 3 bus and get off the bus at the entrance of the hotel, super convenient. Hotel staff is friendly, she offered free breakfast to us even though our room doesn’t come with breakfast.

My hubby loved the hotel as even though I'm from the outside it looks like a basic and small hotel but the interior design is nice and cosy and clean. We are given a trip room and even though the room size, the room was comfy and clean. The hotel isn't as close to central walking street as I thought it is. So end up we still Didi to the walking street. But opposite the hotel there is a supermarket which was nice to shop and also nice restaurant around the area. The price paid is really worthwhile. We will not get such a hotel standard with this price in Singapore. The only cons is that the hotel by the road so the traffic sound can be quite loud. The breakfast spread is also quite decent.
