The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful in every regard. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the location was central.

先説优点：打扫的很乾净，衞生不用担心。环境不错，去哪里都方便。设施是有点年数了，可以理解。
缺点：前台大部分工作人员很有礼貌。但是在房间安排上缺乏周到考虑。我一个人带了很大的箱子，定了大床房。前台问我是否一个人入住，我説是。然后一进门发现箱子都没什么地方可以打开放下，最后没办法只能顶在厕所门口，每次进出厕所都很费劲。打电话要求换个大一点的房间，被生硬的告知我订的就这么大小。我很惊讶，这是觉得我入住酒店太少没见过世面，还是实在没房间可以换？这点希望酒店加强培训，这样和客人沟通是一定还会收到投诉的。

Next to the 红砖早市。 quite closed to the amenities. Room is very small. And breakfast not included. The room is dated, cleanliness is ok, but in need for room upgrade.

My stay at the Harbin Zhenning Hotel felt like stepping into a time capsule that hasn’t been polished in a while. Located in the heart of an incredibly busy district, the hotel is surrounded by a constant, frantic rush. Even late at night, the street noise bleeds through the mediocre soundproofing, making it hard to forget you are in the middle of a traffic-heavy zone.
The hotel itself is showing its age. Everything from the toilet to the room fixtures feels old, and while the bathroom provides hot water, the pressure is just "okay." The one saving grace for my sleep was the bed, which was surprisingly comfortable despite the dated surroundings.
The service experience was polite but ultimately hollow. Whenever I approached the front desk, the staff listened intently and spoke with great courtesy, yet they rarely provided actual support. It felt as though they were bound by strict rules that prevented them from being truly helpful. For instance, trying to get an extra blanket, pillow, or quilt was an uphill battle and took far more effort than it should have.
Breakfast was a bit of a mixed bag. I went in with very low expectations. The facilities are basic—you can’t even toast your own bread—but the food itself wasn't too bad. What stood out most was the breakfast staff; unlike the restricted front desk, the team in the dining area was exceptionally kind and genuinely helpful.
If you need a comfortable bed in a central location and don't mind the noise and dated facilities, it's an acceptable choice, but don't expect much in the way of modern convenience or proactive service.

这次和老公来哈尔滨办事，义无反顾就住在这里，住过三四次了，一直都很好，就是设施有点陈旧，其他都不错！距离红砖街早市超近??

房间乾净整洁，有电梯，位置离中央大街近，离索菲亚教堂不远，比较安静，早餐不错，满足基本需求，价格合理，暖气供热，洗澡水一般，退房还给个小礼物，谢谢啦。
