酒店有独立停车场，位置好找，离融创茂很近，一楼的房间是半地下，有点潮，建议住二楼以上，早餐也可以。。。

Truthfully the location, price and breakfasts were nice. But the hotel has 2 major problems: 1. They don’t know how to clean the rooms (the cleaner didn’t change the bedsheets, didn’t vacuum clean. The carpet is very dirty. The places under the tissue box, near the beds on the floor and many more look like they’ve never been cleaned at all!). 2. Maintenance (the hotel rooms on the 1st floor have black mold on the wooden closet and inside even the metal parts are green. When I asked to change the room, the situation in the suggested room was the same). So, be aware of those details, especially the mold is very dangerous!

This hotel was situated in a quaint area that was less populated than the city centre but still pretty convenient to get around. From here, it was around half an hour's taxi to Zhongyang Street. Be careful in the winter though! The ice makes the steps going up to the hotel very treacherous. Also note that the hotel, unlike other hotels in China doesn't help you with booking tours so best to do your research prior to things go smoothly for your travel plans!

I recently stayed in this hotel and had a wonderful experience as a foreigner who do not speak mandarian. Staff helped a lot. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with great decor and great amenities. The hotel’s location was perfect, close to attractions and public transport. Overall, the hospitality and quality of service made my stay memorable, and I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Overall the experiences were decent. Except the receptionists take 45min to find my order. Attitude is not very good and I need to take them the room type I book.

Great location and opposite is Sunac Mall which is a must visit. Room is clean and as shown in pictures, housekeeping is polite and always replenish the plain water. However, hotel could have provide cup/mugs for tea area as it's empty since check in. Breakfast is adequate. Overall, good stay in Cheermay.

性价比不高，连住六天，给我安排了一间一楼最边上的尾房，旁边就是布草间公共衞生间，很不舒服，房间设施老旧，屋里有很多花大姐（瓢虫），而且屋里很冷，按理説哈尔滨现在应该供暖了，我认为是尾房的原因，早上被冻醒，现在也不是旅游旺季，位置也不是市中心，连住六天平均一天要200+，这个价格贵了。

出差到哈尔滨，半夜两点定了个房。洗完澡就睡觉了。一觉睡醒第二天起来发现床单有屎！！！真衞生啊！
