1??套房很宽敞，两个小孩睡客厅的梳化床（酒店很贴心，提前打电话问我，然后把梳化床铺好了）。
2??客厅有衞生间，卧室还有一个可以洗澡的大衞生间。有两个衞生间让我非常满意。
3??套房带的两份早餐，办入住时，前台看我带的两个小孩，另外送了我一份三天的早餐，很感谢。

酒店位置好离地铁二号线尚志大街站1出口很近，出行非常方便附近就是中央大街，店员服务好，二楼有餐厅有早餐提供，唯一不足就是酒店的电梯有点少，人多要分多次下楼。

I recently stayed at the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is truly unbeatable—it’s just steps away from a subway station, making it incredibly easy to explore Harbin. All the main attractions, including the railway station, are only a few subway stops away, making this hotel a prime choice for tourists. Additionally, it’s within walking distance of Zhongyang Street, the stunning Sophia Cathedral, and the bustling Daoli Vegetable Market, where you can grab a delicious and affordable breakfast.
The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large window offering a nice view of the city. The beds were very cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was also generously sized, especially the shower, and everything was in perfect working order. Despite the freezing temperatures outside (it was -25°C during our stay!), the room stayed warm and comfortable thanks to the excellent heating system. We kept the heater off for the entire six days, and the temperature inside remained just right.
Another highlight was the hotel lobby, which offered free coffee, tea, and even milk tea—a thoughtful and convenient touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.
Overall, I highly recommend the Vienna Hotel (Harbin Central Street Sofia) to anyone visiting Harbin. Its convenient location, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful amenities make it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Harbin!

Great location, 1 minute to metro station, close to sun Island (the theme parks), close to Ice and Snow World (4 stations away), also 1 station away from Harbin train station. Within walking distance to central street and Saint Sophia's Church.
Just a minor note, the lobby has a cigarette smell that i dislike. Room is fine.
You don't have to swipe your card to access other levels that might pose a security risk.
Only 1 lift and its a bit slow.
Overall, it's still a pleasant stay.

这个酒店的好处就是交通方便，距离打卡景点非常近！旁边就是地铁2号线。
对酒店的管理和服务不敢恭维，对不起“维多利亚酒店”的品牌：入住五天只有最後一天才打扫一次床铺，但地上我们换下来的六双拖鞋一直在房间里放着！前面在门外把手上挂上“请清理房间”也没整理床铺！
电视有两个遥控器，没有使用介绍！几天多次找到前台，始终没有解决问题，入住五天没有见到电视图像！
酒店入口阶梯四级，没有坡道，不合理！
酒店除了消防安全提示，未见其他提醒説明，房间里只有两张中英文的入住安全提示。
甚至索要酒店名片也是在前台抽屉里找出来的！
电源插座时有接触不良，建议维修、更换！
早餐厅在二楼，没有见到提示标识，且每天都要提前打印就餐票！
双人房间内只放置了一把转椅，非常灵活，极不安全！建议至少配置两个凳子！总不能一人站着，一人坐着！
鉴於没有得到应有的服务，我曾经是维多利亚酒店的协议合作十多年的客户，所以对这个品牌酒店管理服务要求比较了解，写得有点严重，请理解！

哈尔滨的维也纳酒店，床的舒适度远远不如北京、武汉等地的维也纳。地理位置可以，中央大街步行约8分钟，其他一般。酒店8楼可以洗衣服。

房间确实是有点小，总共才17平，但是衞生间够宽，出热水够快，因为没有窗户，房间里空气流动性差，必须开空调透气，结果空调口冷气刚刚好正对着床头，导致小孩早上起床头痛，一整天无精打采的，我们是一个大人2个孩子，连续住三个晚上，每天打扫的阿姨第二天开始每天放了4瓶饮用水，退房的时候，因为从731遗址赶回来晚了2分钟，前台的小妹很贴心的主动提醒我房卡加磁，还帮忙存了行李箱，总体来説用良好的服务弥补了房间里的不足。
