我是上午到的酒店原本以为要到下午才可以办理入住但是前台表示有提前打扫好的房间可以提前入住，真心的点赞。酒店大堂比较现代化装修风格，休息区有零食台可以自取，走廊有点暗但是房间光线很好，秋天的东北有些乾燥需要带一些保湿的护肤品。前台也有准备护手霜，如果忘记带可以和前台要。九点出门吃饭很方便早上有早市，中午可以试试东北菜馆，味道还不错。服务人员态度不错，有问必答，态度温和， 推荐

这家酒店的服务非常亲切，能够给客人带来温馨、舒适的住宿体验，天气转变前台会提醒添加衣服和带伞，退房伴手礼是护手霜，现在也一直在用，东北天气乾燥非常贴心，谘询前台游玩儿，会给出非常合理的介绍以及推荐。房间乾净设施完备，热水很好，床也很舒适，推荐

The hotel staffs were not as helpful as expected. Senior patrons need to carry their luggages into the hotel lobby without ramp or help from the hotel staffs.

We checked in the hotel in a cold night and were touched when the thoughtful counter staff gifted us items that we can use to keep ourselves warm.
The hotel room is spacious and clean.
If you stay there, do remember to check out the morning market behind the hotel for a unique local experience. Do go early because they close at 9am.

The room is so cozy, bed has memory foam mattress (I really slept so well), the water in the shower is warm/hot, and most of all - the staff are so helpful and accommodating.
Looking forward to stay here again…if ever I decided to come visit Harbin. ?? ????

Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay here. The staff was very helpful when I arrived; they assisted me with signing up for the local health code app and when I needed to find a location to test before leaving Harbin the provided me with an address and phone number for the local test center.
Major Pros:
- Bed is Super comfortable, clean and they provide you with 3 different types of pillows (each filled with a different material) perhaps for finding your best fit...
- 2 bottles of water free per day and a hot water kettle
- Paraben free shampoo and body wash & toothbrush
- heating in the room is super warm
- Incredible location... central so you are not far from any attraction 2 hour walk (in winter) to iceland and only like 10 rmb taxi ride back to hotel from there... 3 hour walk to tigers. and again 10-15 rmb back to hotel... 15-20 minute walk to Sophia's Cathedral and the shopping food street. Dragon tower less than an hours walk.
Cons:
- No Hot Water :( Neither in the sink nor the shower... I ran it both directions for several minutes... ice cold... had to shower my hair and then towel wash my body because it was too cold... biggest con.
- No breakfast available... not even for a charge... food room in picture was not seen during my stay... not sure if this was because of the Holiday or what... but I was there 5 nights...
- Sink was marble like material and had clearly broken in half. It was glued back together and then taped to hold it back in place.... not an issue... just strange.
SORRY I had intended to take more photos but I forgot.
Great place if you don't need luxury. Very comfortable stay.
