  This is my second stay at Boutique Hotel in Harbin. I like the location, stuff are very friendly. Good stay for a couple nights in Harbin.

  Very noisy as parties happening inside and outside the hotel. Room.comfortable with comfy bed. Rectified hot water for my bath. Old decor but the hotel has everything you need. Breakfast exceptional as so.much choice. Pool great for a staycation. Love the staff as they ate so polite. These ate the people that make the Manilla Hotel such a pleadant stay.

  Great location. Walking distance to riverside park and pedestrian shopping street. 10 minutes walk to nearest subway station.

  Great location for our short stay in Harbin. Staff were friendly and kind. The staff did not speak English, but were helpful using translator app. Room was adequate and warm. Sadly no breakfast at the hotel.

  The hotel is conveniently located at walking distance from Central Street, Stalin Park, and People Square Metro Station (that will bring you to the Ice&Snow World and Snow Island). The room was nice and warm (floor heating). Would definitely recommend it.

  Rooms could get a little hot during winter and the heat is regulated so cannot change the temperature. Not their fault, it's a city regulation I guess. But yeah, pretty hot and must open windows a bit elven it'll outside temperature is -30C.

  Perfect location to explore ice and snow festival. Warm heating. Rather older room. Cleaning is acceptable. Cost performance ratio is ok.

  The location was good. It was kind of middle of all attractions which takes 10-20minutes taxi commuting to Ice world, Cable car, Zhonyang Pedestrian Street. We visited Harbin during the Ice and Snow Festival, the weather was around -20/-25 celcius degree. And room was extremely hot with the floor heating, which was really good to keep yourself warm. Also floor heating helped us to dry some of our boots and pants ?? It is recommended for sure.

  Great location! At around 10 minutes by walk from the central street and river bank. Cable car to the Sun Island is just next to the hotel. 15 minutes by taxi to the Ice and Snow World Festival. Hotel is very warm! Hot water all the time and very comfortable beds and pillows. Good choice if you are in Harbin!
