  Room was ok. But there's no central heater in our room. The socket for heater temp controller was spoilt. Thus we complained and gave us 2 portable heaters.

  The location and hotel neighbourhood was nice. It is a walking distance to St. Sophia Church. Room was clean and housekeeping was doing so well. The staff was not english spoken, but they are helpfull. We choose a room without window and it is a bit dark. If i am travelling again, i will choose the room with window. There are XueXiang Tour & Travel Office near the lobby. In case you need to find a tour to xue xiang.

  What a lovely experience! The hotel staff are super friendly and caring. I broke my snow boots and everyone tried to help me get out of them. It's a quick walk to Sophia Cathedral which was breathtakingly beautiful!
