The hotel room is good, but a little too small for two people with two 28-inch suitcases and additional small luggage.
I appreciated the laundry service provided. However, one staff member helped me with the laundry and returned it to me still soaking wet while I was rushing to catch my train the next day. This caused significant inconvenience for the rest of my trip. On the positive side, the second time my laundry was handled by another staff member, it was fully dried and done very well.
They have a cute robot assistant that delivers items to the room, which was a lovely experience. It was especially nice to hear the announcement when it arrived at my door.
Breakfast was delicious and of good quality. Most of the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, except for one who always kept a long face and never stood up to speak with guests.
During my stay, there was a female staff member with glasses working the night shift who showed great professionalism. Despite my complaint, she handled the situation calmly and respectfully. I truly hope the management sees this review, as she deserves to be recognized and highlighted.

整体这个酒店不错，住的很舒服。只是对如果不抽烟的人来説，可能会有点不舒服。这酒店有禁烟房，可是好像不是禁言楼层。别的客人开着门抽烟，我们的房间也会有很重的烟味。酒店服务员挺友善的，还会帮忙洗衣烘乾衣服！

房间特别乾净环境特别舒适 前台工作人员的态度也非常好 还有赠饮 衞生间里还有马桶消毒的酒精 很贴心 每天出去玩完回来到酒店都能有很好的休息和放松 如果以后有朋友再来哈尔滨 还会推荐这个酒店的！（配图是我们住过之后拍的 刚到的时候房间收拾的很整齐）

房间很好，性价比很高，房间打扫得也很乾净，最后我们离开的时候还送了矿泉水和冰箱贴，很感谢前台小姐姐，下次还会再住！

The staffs of the hotel are courtesy and friendly. Deeply appreciated of one of the staff help to buy tickets for Harbin snoworld. The hotel also provided Christmas gifts ?? on Christmas Day. Awesome

入住这家酒店太值了!地理位置绝绝子，步行10分钟直达商圈，逛吃逛买超方便，出行毫无压力。房间装修简约时尚，设施齐全，床品柔软亲肤，睡感超棒。前台小红服务热情专业，还帮忙寄存行李。不管是旅游还是出差都超合适，已经推荐给朋友，下次来还住这里!
