酒店的服务真的没话説，从前台到礼宾部，再到餐厅部，每个都很好，看的出来每个员工都在很尽力提供优质服务。只是酒店将来如果能像别的5星5钻酒店一样，有分无烟楼层就好了。这样对不吸烟的客人会友好很多。

Jenny was very attentive and sweet during our stay. She remembered us every breakfast and made sure we were well taken care of.

这次住宿服务感受特别好，酒店环境优雅，地利方便，服务员热情友善，早餐汇集了东北所有特色，特别值得推荐，下次来哈尔滨还得住这里。

酒店服务特别暖心，每一位都面带着真诚的笑容。酒店的位置优越和便捷，过一条马路就是松花江。房间就能看到看到城景，很接地气，虽然套房没法看到松花江。也不觉得可惜。期待下次再次入住。

We had a thoroughly pleasant and memorable four-night stay at the Harbin Habsburg Hotel. Our family room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were top-notch, including the convenience of free laundry. The breakfast variety is impressive, especially with the extended service until 12:00 PM. Location was great too. 10 mins walk to central street.
The standout of our trip, however, was the staff—specifically the F&B Manager, Jenny Huang. She is a true asset to the hotel which she went above and beyond her service to hotel guess. After my son experienced a nosebleed due to the dry weather on our first day, Jenny remembered and took the time to personally check on his well-being. Knowing we had a 6:00 AM flight, she even proactively arranged a 'grab-and-go' breakfast for our family of four. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests are remarkable.

Very convenient and comfortable two night stays here.
The location was right in front of the cable car to Sun Island. However, the cable car was so deserted and there was not much thing to see in Sun Island.
A few minute walk to Zhongyang street, which was so convenient too. Very close to Metro exit, just across the road.
For the room, comfortable with proper heater and flexible with window that I can open to let some air get inside. No smell of Smoking as I always afraid of.
Fruits and soup were served in the room both nights with some cards. So cute, hot, and delicious.
Great variety of breakfast. Jenny, a staff welcomed us with cute yogurt cups and also bought some box for takeaway food.
Good service with a lot of souvenir both checkin and out. A staff, Tim gave us some dried blueberry as a souvenir before we left.
There was a shop downstairs in case you need some extra scarfs or gloves or ear-covered.
Also laundry room and fitness. Especially, I love billiard table that I took hours to play on my last night.

非常好的入住体验，从雪乡回来以后，选择再次入住哈布斯堡，订了更高楼层更大的房间，景色一绝，早饭依然非常好吃，又遇到了餐饮主管 Jenny，还是一如既往的热情好客，因为孩子顽皮不小心打碎了果盘，办理退房时向工作人员进行了説明，前台 Six 帮忙免除了赔款，为本次哈尔滨之旅画上了圆满的句号，以后如果有机会再来，还会再次入住的！
