住你们家酒店真的太舒心了！从办入住开始就感觉服务特别好，前台特别热情周到，有啥问题都耐心解答。而且位置也方便，出门去哪都挺近的。
在店里的时候就有工作人员提醒，説满意的话可以给个好评。我当时想着一定要写的，结果一忙回家就忘了……没想到过了几天，还有客服专门打电话回访，问我住得怎么样，提醒我如果觉得不错可以帮忙写个好评。
真的被这种用心感动到了！不管是入住前、住的时候，还是离店后的跟进，你们家的服务都超级到位，是那种真心实意对客人好的感觉。下次一定还选你们家！

酒店位置就在马迭尔酒店后身，紧邻中央大街，并不被中央大街声音吵到，出行方便，距索非亚大教堂，道里菜市场，红专街早市10分钟步行路程，酒店设施齐全，前台可以寄存行李，房间乾净整洁，前台小韩，小张，小袁非常专业，总是能够及时准确地回答我提出的问题，并提供非常热情的服务。推荐好评

The most positive point of this hotel is location, very center, few steps to walking central street. But it is very old and not clean, like forgotten one for long time. The service is so bad, few minutes before we have to go down to head to the airport, the elevator was broken, we call the receptionist to ask for help because we travel with kids and many heavy luggages, they came up but just looking, no one help us to bring the luggage down, we had to bring all the luggages down by walking down the stair. And the breakfast is terrible. Never come back!

This is by far the worst 3 star hotel we’ve ever stayed.
The only plus point is that it’s well located within 100m of central street. The rest are just bad.
Room is so run down. The tv remote is faulty, shower hose sprays everywhere but centre. Bath tub hose also leaks from the tube. Curtains r not held properly and too short to cover the window fully. Floor vinyl are breaking apart.
House keeping is the worse ever. We stayed for 6 nights. Shower soap dispenser is stuck with dried up soap. Hand soap is near empty. Some days the dust bins are not emptied. Mineral water not topped up. Bed not made. Bedsheets are never changed. Towels are changed on/off. Floor is never sweeped! Within a few days, there’s hair and dirt all over. Some of the lesser used areas r also filled with thick dust.
Please find another accommodation unless you don’t mind all of the above. Luckily we booked without breakfast.
Can’t believe it’s just renovated earlier this year!

A very old hotel with dark pathway towards the rooms although room has a very large projection wall as TV but not able to access the channels. ?Lift is stained with cigarette butts and smell. ?Staff was rude and shouted to close the main entrance door for which it was not us who opened it and added critics that northern eastern isn’t the same as the people from southern. ?Breakfast table was very dirty and food spread not pleasantly pleased to see. ? Will not stay here again.

俊朗酒店在中央大街里，逛中央大街、红专街早市、索菲亚教堂都很方便，酒店有点旧，早餐比较凑合，品种非常少。
