酒店大楼很气派！来这都是商务开会的，所以环境安全，房间设施齐全，前台服务态度很好很专业！楼下有超市、饭馆，生活便利。离地铁站步行大概10分钟左右。到中央大街应该是四站地铁左右，也非常快。

This hotel is located outside the tourist zone but right opposite a Wanda Mall. The metro station with direct connection to both the train station and Zhongyang Street is about a 10 minute walk. The rooms are of a classic style but with full amenities.The bathroom and especially the shower cabin is very tight and small. There is quite a bit of dust in the rooms. The female receptionists were all very friendly but 2 male receptionists were quite hostile. How is it possible that a guest greets the receptionist while walking past and he just stares angrily. Maybe you are in the wrong job if you cannot reply to a guest greeting. Or if the hotel doesn't like foreigners maybe it's better to close the hotel for foreign guests.

本来订的三天，但只住一天，酒店太老了，设施跟不上。房间没有USB插口。地毯很大的污渍没有清理乾净。房间有很重的味道。早餐味道菜品就不提也罢个人口味问题，但是盘子碗都有缺口就真的説不过去了。服务挺好的，热情周到。重新装修吧，

节假日去的哈尔滨，这个价格对的上这个环境。就是每个房间只有一份早餐不太友好，建议给双份早餐

比较不错。就是离中央大街比例远。建议住中央大街附近。游玩比较方便。就是中央大街附近酒店都比较老旧。玩的跟好。

This hotel is opposite a Wanda Plaza, and about a 15-minute wall from the nearest metro station. Check in was delayed slightly when the staff didn't understand where the visa number was on my passport, but aside from that the service was fast and efficient.
My room was very warm in May 2023 and I had to turn on the air con as soon as I walked in. But the room was nicely decorated and quiet.

As a frequent traveler, I was recently blessed with the opportunity to stay at this Hotel in Harbin during my most recent trip. From the moment I arrived at the hotel(Arrived 12.30 a.m mid night).I was greeted with the warmest hospitality from the attentive staff who were more than happy to assist me with my luggage and check-in process.
The lobby exuded a luxurious aura with gleaming polished marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and ornate furnishings. The room I was allocated was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with modern amenities such as a flat-screen television, wireless internet, and a well-stocked minibar. The bed ensured that I could get some well-deserved rest after a long trip.
One of the highlights of the hotel was undoubtedly its restaurants. The breakfast buffet was an incredible start to each day with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order dishes.Mainly Chinese dishes .
In conclusion, my stay at the “Zhangwang Mansion”was an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations in numerous regards. I would highly recommend this hotel to any discerning traveler seeking an unforgettable stay in luxurious surroundings in Harbin city .
