很不错，房间里有私汤，外面的温泉真是几十块钱能玩一天，遛娃，商务都可以，不过周末估计人巨多，周五去人就已经不少了。另外酒店的餐饮也不错，不辣不油，符合江南人口味，很好吃。

For Chinese locals with families- I'm sure you'll love it.
For foreigners
Cons
1. If you don't speak mandarin, expect 0 assistance or service. You will have to use your phone to translate everything because they will not bother to try help you. From ignoring you at the check in to not seating you at the restaurant. I speak mandarin so I had to put up with gossiping from staff about us not knowing I understood.
2. Accommodation is just average. Old fittings and lots of Crack.
3. Smokers everywhere, especially where it says not to.
4. The resort women's showers smell of urine. The men's have boys busy trying to sneak peeks at the foreigner, even with clear signs to not use mobile devices.
5. Food is terrible. Too oily and/or salty. Do not experiment. Stick with fried rice or noodles. These were great.
6. No sense of discipline in the resort spaces. Noisy kids in areas that should be quiet. Again with the smokers. Dogs in the hot spring area where they shouldn't be. Staff having a full on conversation complaining about other staff members while giving a "relaxing massage"
Pros.
1. Accommodation allows dogs.
2. You can spend most of the day in the resort and just come to your room to sleep.
3. Great for a group of friends who have children.
Conclusion- this is one of those places designed to maintain Chinese culture. Would not recommend for non-Chinese if not with your Chinese family and friends

家庭亲子出游不建议选择这边，环境一般，服务人员整体不行，定的亲子房但房间里面的浴巾和浴袍有异味不乾净，而且亲子房连小童的洗护用品没有，房间里面有蚊子和虫子，把孩子叮了好几个包，住酒店客房去温泉游玩需要收费能理解但当天出去了就不能进来了不能理解，酒店的早餐不好吃，酒店本来就是温泉那边能玩，但是来酒店下晚付费进去了，第二天想带孩子进去玩还要在收费，不值得大老远的跑过去玩，酒店这边好评会送一份餐，感觉好多好评是刷出来的

房间卫生一般，前台服务不很灵活。订单的退房时间是下午两点。但前台却说没有。在我们追问下只说能早就早一点吧！有点失望！

给父母订的香泉温泉酒店，他们回来一个劲儿夸，説这趟住得比家里还舒坦。老两口腿脚不太方便，酒店特意安排了一楼的房间，我妈膝盖不好，泡了温泉説轻松多了，早餐也丰富多样，粥熬得软糯，包子是发麪的，适合老年人牙口。晚上房间安静，窗帘遮光好，老两口睡得特别香。父母説这地方住着不折腾，人也热情，比去那些人挤人的景点强多了。能让他们这么满意，这钱花得值，必须给满分！

抱着试着看的心情打卡，预订的房间太惊喜了，推窗就是好风景，环境清幽又舒服，人住得特别舒心。性价比是真的高，温泉体验超棒，汤池种类多，能找到刚好适合自己温度的，泡完浑身轻松。从入住到离开都顺顺当当的。停车场大还免费，真心推荐给想找个地方放松的朋友，绝对不踩雷！

房间很老，早餐很少，但是价格便宜，冲这价格，就是给蚊子咬了，我都得説一声，蚊子你真健康。

People who work there are really nice, the hotel is spacious, hot springs are fine, but I would NOT recommend anyone to go there. The main problem is food. I was literally starving. There is only one and quite dirty restaurant in the hotel that is not even open throughout the whole day. It’s almost impossible to get any food from the outside (no eleme) only a few places that also work weird hours. The location is really bad, if you want to go hiking, it’s still quite far from the mountains, so you spend lots of time just to get there. So you are basically stuck in the hotel that doesn’t provide decent food.

It’s a great place , fresh air and the workers are friendly. Their breakfast is amazing and the hot the hot spring is great. It has a variety of medicinal springs and warm swimming pools . If you would like to feed fish you can request the front desk to for fish food to feed the fish. It a little far away from the train station so if you can use taxi or private car.
