为了看演唱会订的合肥君悦酒店，超出预期，是演唱会住宿的天花板选择！酒店就在体育中心对面，步行几分钟就到场馆，散场後不用挤交通，慢悠悠走回酒店超省心，甚至在房间里都能俯瞰到体育场全貌，视角绝了。
最要夸的是Heidi的服务，简直是宝藏管家！出发前就加了微信，各种需求都是秒回消息，响应速度快到惊人。提前帮我预留视野好的房间，耐心又贴心体验感直接拉满！下次演唱会还来

酒店从40楼前台开始到55楼的客房，风景很赞，城市景观一览无余。尤其喜欢40楼的lounge，喝一杯看看天鹅湖夜景很惬意。
房间装修比较新的，现代简约又结合徽派风格，很耐看。床不算软，我喜欢。
有幸看到了合肥科晚一万架无人机表演，幸运。下次还来住君悦！

高空酒店景观独特，位置优越楼下就是商场。lily经理服务友善周到！
中餐厅的工作日午餐自助性价比超高188无限吃味道也不错
早餐应该算是中式早饭占比很高的一家店了，复合中国胃哈哈哈????

酒店位置优越，楼下就是万象城，吃饭购物都很方便，景色很美，房间就能看到合肥三件套，衞生也做得很到位，早餐够丰富，服务很热情，特别是客房体验经理小李，加了微信非常热情，有求必应，反应神速，还帮我们推荐周边美食，感恩，下次去合肥还住这里。

I booked 2 nights at the Grand Hyatt Regency Exclusive Double Bedroom. It was very spacious and had a great view especially at night. It has a separate powder room area and large walk in closet. Shout out to NINA for providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. She was meticulous about answering all of my questions and always ready to help. My reservation included access to the club area where they had a good variety of food and drinks. I would definitely recommend this particular room if you need plenty of space.

Manager Lady Heidi did an excellent job. Let people with kids feel like home. Prepared also a welcome gift for our kid. Concierge also was very nice.

You need to use the side lane to reach the lobby area of the hotel, and the traffic is usually heavy, aggravated by rude driving. The room is generally clean, except that some corner areas are still dirty. At the dinner buffy, watermelons are clearly rotten.
