早餐比较普通，没有无糖酸奶，其他都很好。
健身房换衣间和淋浴设施偏老，建议更新。
价格很便宜，性价比超高。

合肥香格里拉入住体验满分??！房间里徽派设计超有韵味，床品软乎乎的睡感绝了。重点夸夸保洁张善凤阿姨，打扫得太细致了——床缝灰尘全清乾净，遥控器都消过毒，我随手放的小摆件还被贴心归位。毛巾叠成可爱造型，洗漱用品提前补齐，这种细节真的太戳人！下次来合肥还住这儿～

这次入住合肥香格里拉酒店，最让我满意的就是管家小赵的服务。从办入住前开始，她就一直非常主动、细致，全程关注我们的需求，无论是帮忙搬运行李、介绍酒店设施，还是根据我们的行程给出建议，都做得非常周到。入住期间有任何问题，只要联系她，总能第一时间响应并妥善解决，让我们感觉特别安心、贴心。
酒店的设施设备也给我留下了深刻印象。客房宽敞舒适，床品乾净柔软，隔音效果很好，让我们每晚都能睡得非常踏实。房间里的智能设备操作简单，使用起来很方便。酒店的公共区域装修精致，环境安静优雅，无论是大堂还是走廊都很整洁。行政酒廊的环境也非常舒适，提供的饮品和小食种类丰富，品质很高，是放松休息的好地方。

I stayed at the hotel for only one day with my daughter. We were pleased with the beautiful hall on the first floor and the service. We also liked the swimming pool. The buffet, to be honest, wasn’t very impressive for us, but the desserts were tasty. Overall, the experience was good.

I was offered to upgrade to the Executive Suite for a minimal fee. It was nice and spacious, maybe too spacious for 2 persons! Access to the lounge came with the room, so we had light dinner there and enjoyed the view from above. Spread for the breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful.

本次来合肥玩，入住香格里拉，整体感觉很好。行政套面积比较大，宽敞明亮，衞生打扫得纤尘不染，非常细致，早餐在27楼，种类挺丰富的，特别是牛腩麪，很好吃。
作为香格里拉多年老会员，感觉合肥香格里拉的服务是香格里拉酒店里非常优秀那一档的，特别是客房服务保洁团队，对于住客需求的响应又快又好，和27楼豪华阁团队，每次去都是热情真诚，有求必应，让人印象深刻。
一楼中餐厅美食很好吃，臭鳜鱼是一绝。
离酒店不远，可以步行到淝河，岸边景色优美，合肥是个很秀丽的城市。

酒店还不错，早餐丰盛。隔音也还可以，床的软硬程度刚刚好。有送欢迎水果。minibar软饮不是免费的哦。房间有浴缸，但是没有找到浴袋和浴盐，电话后还是很快送来的。离地铁站有点距离。离开逍遥津公园需要公交或者打车。打车还是很方便的接单很快。总体还不错。泳池和健身房和汗蒸房没有体验，下次再来。

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. This hotel masterfully combines warm hospitality, an unbeatable setting, and flawless upkeep for an unforgettable stay. Western breakfast buffet and their buffet dinner was dangerously delicious ??.
