I booked family rooms, it sooooooo big... Maybe even u can have barbecue in your room balcony.... It's sooooo big.. The design sooo nice.. I loved it!!! The owner very helpful. The hotel don't have lift, but don't worry they will help you to send your luggage to your room upstairs... Love the hotel, love the design, love the owner, love the scenery, love everything here!!!

Very Good, the room is very very big, and comfortable. We didn't expect it because the hotel is in a rural area, but wow it's very nice. The room also has a heater and a bed heater. They don't have an elevator but they will help you carry your luggage. The breakfast menu is limited but everything is produced from their farm. You can also ask for a cup of tea to overcome altitude sickness. You can also have grill bbq at your room balcony.

The best of the hotel at heishui, the people very warm and welcom and food style tibet very delicious. The rooms are beautifully decorated in a stylish style.

Very impressive with service, staff help us to carry the luggages and willing to help us in many ways. From hotel, you can walk to the restaurant nearby while enjoying nice view of the river or you can have dinner at hotel as well. Room is big, nice decoration, clean with cozy bed and big bathroom. Breakfast already included which they served rice porridge, boil egg, milk, bun, steam corn and potato, etc. It took like 15 mins to entrance of Dagu glacier by car, such a convenient.

I can say that this is the best hotel in China. Very nice and warm welcome from the owner and staff. Nice decoration. Care for every little thing like ears plug etc. don’t know how to say million thanks for all your service.

房间乾净整洁，非常喜欢的装修风格。老板很热情，刚下树的大核桃，藏式炉热着的藏茶和酥油茶，免费自取。藏式火锅料足，价格实惠，就是咸了点。下次继续。
