在一个小镇上居然有那么高档的酒店，确实让人有点惊喜。酒店位置好，步行就可以到达南岳庙，周边非常热闹，美食一条街就在对面。酒店遇到的服务人员态度好，专业，非常耐心。特别是管家静妹，细心周到，有问必答。客房乾净整洁，舒适。停车方便。早餐特别丰富，中西结合。酒店不仅给升级的房间还提供精致的下午茶。会推介给亲朋好友。

第一次入住，房间乾净舒适，设施齐全，位置好，早餐丰盛，环境优美，酒店的管家和周师傅态度都很好，有景区送达。高铁接送服务非常方便，是出行的最佳选择，酒店还有很多文化课程都可以体验，餐桌，手工制香等等，退房后还在酒店停用的下午茶非常不错，下次还会选择。

这酒店给了一个惊喜了我的衡山之旅，酒店无论从服务和环境，还有安排都超出了我的期望值。有商务车在衡山西接送，走的时候有伴手礼，还有酒店的中餐，对于我们广东人太友好了，既能吃出湖南味，但又不会很辣。性价比超高！！

Shuttle serviced provided to/from train station is great. Room is spacious and clean. Facilities (spa and roof garden) are excellent. A big thanks to 颜先生at the front desk and main reception for his help with booking shuttle, information on 南岳风景名胜区and warm service with a smile. It is the people that make the hotel stands out from its peers.

The overall hotel, room and restaurants decor has a sense of zen elegance further echoed by the calm and patient demeanor from every staff we encountered. It is indeed an oasis away from the typical loud, noisy and chaotic environment that most of us face in our daily lives here in China.
Thanks to the delicious breakfast, tea breaks and supper they provide for free plus excellent dishes their restaurants cook up for lunch/dinner, one hardly feels the need to leave this oasis and can simply spend a day in restful bliss.
Their excellent service also goes above and beyond. One of the waitress actually shared her wonderful lychees when she saw how much we enjoyed the lychees during the breakfast service.

Service is superb. Hotel arrange High speed rail pickup using 6 seater. Front desk is patience in explaining the area and gave us small gift during our checkout. Overall is decent.
