一家亲和力满分的酒店，入住当天10点左右就来电话通知入住的房间有没有特殊需求等，十分重视客户的需求～酒店做的很贴心又周到..
到达酒店后，我们订的是宇航员亲子房，但是由于我自身想住高楼的要求换到高层的小黄鸭亲子房…（2种房型孩子都很喜欢，我拍摄了实物图）
房内毛巾浴巾等都是消毒包装好，衞生方面也很好～
前台服务人员看到孩子，还贴心的赠送了恐龙玩偶（河源是恐龙之乡）酒店呼应的真好??????
房内还赠送了水果和孩子的牛奶饼乾点心～～在酒店2楼餐厅用餐 还能打折～～这次入住贵酒店真的超满意
也非常感谢酒店人员小阮，很温柔漂亮的小姐姐，而且服务也很好[玫瑰]
孩子和我説 妈妈我下次还要来这里住??

酒店是好的，就是前台员工这样都能培训上岗，跟客人前台理论，还不服气，太**了，説一句给你顶一句回去。打电话投诉12345，马上就有各种人来调解，为什么当时没人调解，想私下了结，坚决不同意和解，不行就投诉到河源当地旅游局。

Great classic hotel in Heyuan. The main entrance is beautiful and the staff are wonderful! I was upgraded to an end unit with a wonderful riverview. The buffet breakfast was 5-Stars! I will stay here again when on business trip.

Always a pleasure staying in this local hotel. They have been around for long time, with affordable price, attentive services, and good location.
I love that they provide free bottled waters in multiple places for your convenience. I also managed to get early check-in without needing to ask.
Let me also share you a secret place to get beautiful view of the river and mountains. Go to the rooftop garden located beside the fitness centre during dusk or dawn, view is great.

Great hotel, quite and cosy rooms, very comfortable and spacious, welcome fruit dish and drink water bottles avery pleasing. Room service does a good job and the staff is very helpful and quick for response. Looking forward to come back soon.

The hotel is very well located. Good beds and breakfast. For questions Eddie was a great help! He is very friendly en patience. And knows a lot.
