位置好，酒店质素高，职员服务好，房间乾净好有温馨感觉，五星级都未必有这种质素，最体贴??还有女性专属楼层和非吸烟房间。（真系值得推荐）

酒店非常非常好，地下停车场很大停车方便，距离商圈很近吃东西买东西都很方便，房间乾净衞生，前台和服务人员态度非常好宾至如归的感觉，虽然不是五星酒店但是服务这一块比五星还好，非常推荐！！！

The Hope Hotel in Guangxi is highly recommended. The front desk staff are extremely polite and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The room is clean, and the bathroom is spacious, providing plenty of comfort. Additionally, the shower has great water pressure, ensuring a refreshing experience. The location is also excellent—within 200 meters, you’ll find a local wet market and many shops offering great deals. The prices are affordable, and the quality of goods is impressive.

亲子房很漂亮，孩子超级兴奋！熊猫??主题的，前台小姐姐，收拾衞生的阿姨也很热情很礼貌。自助早餐也很好吃哦！??下次还要再来！
建议：亲子房可以多准备几个床围，还有小童刷牙的增高凳也要备一下的。

地理位置很优越，就在灵峯广场附近，特别多好吃的店，好逛的夜市！酒店服务更不用説了，接站服务很贴心，因为我们在贺州中转先去了恭城，帮我们寄存了行李，为我们出行减负了许多，酒店隔音挺好的，除了有人经过门口讲话会听到，基本听不到隔壁房间的声响（这点很重要，很多酒店隔音很差，就能听到隔壁房间的説话声），连住两个晚上，妈妈都休息得很好~早餐种类丰富，味道也很好，夜粥因为我们吃得太饱了就没吃，房间很大，化粧洗漱特别方便，衣柜还有全身镜，设备非常齐全（住的太舒服了都忘记拍照了??），厕所马桶还贴心的准备了酒精棉片消毒，下次来还定这家

除了早餐吃到头发和房间有烟味，其他都不错，尤其工作人员都很友好、礼貌、很棒。所以可能适合不考虑健康因素、不介意住二手或三手烟房的旅客。否则一进房间就闻到烟味真是太难顶了。姑婆山的负离子都白吸了
之前是看评论提到女性友好/无烟楼层才选订的，实际到店却会説满房了。是大家都对无烟房更有需求还是资源配置不合理？唉…只能説失望吧。建议店家不如全部无烟房，然后特设吸烟房。让忍不住的烟民住烟房。

这家酒店真的好好！！！刚到贺州站就被服务暖到，免费送到酒店工作人员全程笑脸相迎，有求必应，完全不用自己多操心。酒店有早餐和深夜粥堂，而且早餐没有预制菜，手工自制。好好吃！！房间也巨乾净，设施都很新，住得舒服又安心。来贺州旅行或出差，选这里绝对不踩雷，体验感直接拉满!

贺州高铁站到酒店接站 1次:这个可太好了??再晚到家都可以直接到酒店门口！师傅也很好！
深夜粥到（五常大米，姑婆山泉水，3小时熬制）:每晚都准时去喝白粥了！酸豆角很OK！

Breakfast is good. Room is clean with nice decoration. Bathroom is tidy and good. Front desk staffs are friendly and smile a lot There are freshly ground coffee and tea in the lobby, and when we left the hotel, the front desk also took the initiative to ask if we wanted to bring bottled water. Overall, all the staffs from the housekeepers, kitchens, and front desks are all very nice and enthusiastic.

The surrounds nice places to eat and is central to get to sights around Hezhou. The dining area gets cold in the winter so it's better to dress up warm for breakfast. Food choices are ok.
It's nice they have a water dispenser at the dining area so that minimises plastic for those who would prefer it. Coffee is on the ground floor with other drinks which I didn't realise until leaving.
The staff are very friendly. And very helpful too.
