房间在香港这个地方算是大的了，地理位置也很好，佐敦站出来右转几米就是。客人非常多，每天熙熙攘攘的。不过房间隔音还好了，不吵。一楼有个圆圆脸的年轻小哥非常好，问什么基本都知道。大堂等记入住那里服务就很一般，问什么都说不知道，答唔到你。赞一下9楼一位圆脸爱笑的保洁阿姨，非常nice，房间搞得很干净，很热情也很有礼貌。

相当于内地三星水平，房间内部真的很老，又很小啊，只有两张1米的床，然后就是最最基础的配套，唯一好的就是地段好，方便出行，公交地铁都方便，地铁就在酒店同楼底下B层，出酒店就是万宁和711，走不远还有Donki，离西九龙旺角油麻地走走都可以到

酒店就在佐敦站上面，还有个专门出口E口，出行非常方便，两边街道吃饭购物也都很方便。房间很宽敞，还有个躺椅能晒太阳看街景，浴室有浴缸，这已经超出对香港酒店的预估了。还免费送饮料和矿泉水，安静，舒适，淡季价格也比较合理，各方面都挺满意的。下次还会预订，也推荐给朋友了。

2nd time staying at this hotel. Love the generous space especially in Hong Kong. Amazing location with very, very good food within a hop and skip. It was also helpful that the MTR station is connected to the hotel since there was a typhoon warning - we didn't worry about access to amenities at all. Last but not least, staff was always helpful and friendly.

It's really a good location! The 1st day arrived with not so good experience as the reservations dept didn't read the email at all.
A decent room but a comfy bed, a dirty soil found on the sofa, and housekeeping forgot to put back the shower gel bottle.
However, they are very attentive.

Repeated guest as I love its location and so convenient to yo anywhere near either by foot or public transport

Location is top notch. Easy going around the city since it has direct link to MRT. There is also bus stop in front of the hotel. So it is very convenient to take a bus from the airport. Hotel room is very spacious. I also appreciate the free sodas and juices on the first day. The room is very clean. But there are days that the wifi got really slow. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We will surely book this hotel next time we visit Hong Kong

Great value for a big room, huge comfortable bed, big tv, good size bathroom, mini fridge, and a view from the 15th floor!
Could the hotel do with a refurbishment? Sure .... but it was clean and a nice 4 star old school feel.
Very safe with elevator access via room card only, it's location (exit D (or even E) Jordan station 50 metres from hotel entrance) was superb, and the 22 sqm room was perfect for my 4 night stay.
Staff all very friendly, welcoming, even housekeeping staff were all smiles ! Great level of English speaking by all front of house staff.
Didn't try the Food and Beverage offering in the hotel, breakfast seemed very reasonable priced
Shops, restaurants, park, all within 5 mins walk. If you like a busy area but a nice and quiet hotel, this is it.
At corner of Nathan Road and Jordan Road, south east, is a great bubble tea place with offers for 15-20 HKD, great taste, quickly prepared, friendly staff.
Left my powerbank in error in my room, and that was swiftly traced back and delivered in the reception.
Highly recommended!

It was really clean and well organized. People at the front desk were really communicative and friendly. The location of the hotel was great to take a metro or bus, but even you can enjoy various famous spots by just walking around. I also loved the welcome drinks in the fridge. I would love to use again next time I visit to Hong Kong! I would definitely recommend it!
