  Very nice and cozy room loved it. The hotel's location is unbeatable. Just a short walk from popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping districts, it made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The views from the upper floors are breathtaking, especially at sunset.

  卫生其实没有网友说的那么夸张，但是确实比高档酒店差一些。酒店地理位置很好，靠近佐敦地铁站、西九龙地铁站和香港西九龙高铁站。最让我惊喜的是从酒店到西九龙高铁站步行很快就到了，而且可以走地铁口的通道，相当于大部分路程可以走地下！！！而且佐敦和西九龙地铁站都是无障碍斜坡的设计，对步行推行李的旅客很友好！！！ 前台服务很好，没有歧视内地人的情况，原本想锻链一下我的粤语没想到被听出来口音了，前台小姐姐直接和我讲普通话哈哈哈。晚上睡觉很舒服，是在港珠澳这几晚睡得最好的一晚！很喜欢！！ 楼下有很多吃的店，有家红茶冰室，食物很好吃，服务也很好！！！也没有歧视人的情况。 总结：酒店很好

  离西九龙很近 酒店有点老 卫生环境一般 晚上太晚老是没有热水 这家酒店整体体验中等。房间卫生只能说勉强过关，桌面有轻微灰尘，浴室角落不够整洁。服务态度中规中矩，前台办理入住速度一般，询问问题时回应略显敷衍。位置还算便利，周边吃饭购物方便。隔音效果普通，夜间能听到楼道声音。性价比一般，适合预算有限的短期落脚。

  服务很香港，冷冰冰面无表情但是提出的需求都一一满足。位置无敌。香港机场出来搭A22号巴士直达酒店巷口，过马路走200米就到了，而且全程有电梯和斜坡通道，推着行李也轻松到达。第二天搭高铁回内地也是巷口的无障碍通道直接到西九龙高铁站。就这位置我行李大包小包的，服务再差我也认了。而且大马路上就是各种本地餐厅和各路巴士。

  I put 4 in service although ehat I wanna review is the hinesty of the housekeeping. I left my pouch with koney, credit cards and IDs in the room and only realized it when Im already in the airport when I was aBout to board. Upon calling they said they have it in safekeeping so thumbs up in honesty there. Now about sevice the front desk was of little help when asked about uber taxi and semma like he did not know much about it. Not too keen in helping to. As for the space of the room it’s a little too tight and opening your luggage would be a challenge. Not ideal for family

  Hotel is off the far end of Jordan Road, very near to Austin Station, though Jordan station is a little further, also a short walk to Kowloon station where u can just take to Hong Kong station which is beside Central Station in Hong Kong Island. The express bus to Macao is just one street away from the hotel. Airport Bus 21 also stop two or streets away at Jordan/Battery Street. Overall quite a pleasant stay except the aircon is pretty cold, have to switch it off as the room is cool enough.

  The place is really nice. Good location. Very close to Austin station and in a walking distance to Jordan station. This is the view from our room on 22nd floor
