Location: closed to the luxury shopping mall, to MTR about 10mins by foot.
Overall service :
Room type- I booked the rooms based on the pictures from trip.com that we need bath tubes. Hotel claims the pictures are not updated and cannot offer the same.
After negotiated with Hotel, they agreed to change the room for us tomorrow.
Next days, I took a bath after a long work day. After that I smell a very bad smell fm washroom, and then found out water leakage from washroom all over the floor. Very stinky and dirty. Due to late night, I have cleaned the floor by myself.
I called and made a complaint. The on duty manager would just offered me a breakfast buffet to settle the case.
Overall it was an unpleasant experience.

Great service! Arrived quite late at night but bellboys were available to help me with my baggage. Checking in was smooth however I would say description that listed what services were included with the room was a bit confusing, trip.com said we get access to the lounge but then concierge said because of the plan we chose, we don’t.
My birthday is in January and they arranged cake, chocolate and wine for us the next day! the fact that they noticed this detail and arranged this was very touching and nice of them! Housekeeping staff were marvellous, especially Summer on the 7th floor. She did a great job, she was very careful with our personal belongings, detail oriented, and attentive. Made our stay wonderful, very warm.

地理巨好，在海港城，吃饭购物超方便；房间可看海景，这个面积在尖沙咀已经非常好的～服务员非常热情，看到人积极帮忙拿行李～

去九龙金巴利街取护照，住这里很方便，步行十分钟就能到。
购物当然很方便啦。
酒店早餐真的是太好吃了，很丰富。

距离西九龙火车站很近，周边美食很多，海港城吃喝玩乐买买买，走几步就到海边吹海风很舒服，可以再来的

地址位置非常方便，楼下就是海港城。设施有点老旧了，而且刚进房间有股霉味。反应后前台给我们送来了空气净化器。不过这个价格在HK也没法要求更高了吧

酒店位置优越就在商场，出入方便，服务也很好，带的转换插头不能用前台立马安排客房服务送上来，半夜买泡麪没有叉子客房服务安排了酒店餐厅送上来，下次再会！
