Check in竟然等了我一个半小时，而我前面只有七个人，你能想象一家酒店的check in要这么长时间么？21世纪了，这家酒店竟然是在一张张传真过来的纸张文件上去核对旅客的名字，且不断的让旅行团的人插到散客前面！ 而我并非最惨的，排在我前面的朋友，有的等了超过两个小时，终于轮到了，竟被告知在名单上没有找到他的名字？ 我真是纳闷了，这种服务水准的酒店，携程是怎么允许它上平台的？好好一个假期的傍晚，全tm用来排队了！

My stay was yesterday April 5th for one night.
Overall for the price it was great. Room and view were great for the price, especially the view! Although there aren't any amenities included like toothbrush, free hairdryer, etc. it was acceptable, and close to many busses to get all around HK Island. In the bathroom the shower curtain was a bit old and faded, and dirty at the bottom from use, so I think that could be replaced for sanitary reasons. There's other small things like worn/scratched wood and small wallpaper tears but that's expected at this price. For a short stay in Hong Kong, where you are just looking for a place to sleep. I recommend it.
Now the only problem, came from Trip.com and this isn't the first time I have had a problem booking with this website. Upon arrival there were 4 people ahead of me to check in. At least one of these was checking in a large group of people (due to qingming festival) the problem is trip.com never asked for any guest information so the hotel had to find each guest one by one, using a paper they needed to print out, this list contained at least 200 rooms. The staff tried their best and overall managed it OK with over 100 people in their lobby by the time I got to check in which was almost 1.5hours later. My honest feeling is Trip.Com owes an apology to not only this Hotel, but it's front desk staff. I also believe the manager of this Hotel could have done better to help its staff and I am sure there will be many complaints from customers from the past day. This isn't a Hilton, or a Ritz and I get that, you get what you pay for but if you want to offer a deal for a holiday and know you will book every room you need to be ready to handle the amount of people coming to check in. I hope others post pictures of the amount of people waiting in the lobby.

wifi没有 牙膏牙刷拖鞋没有 办理速度慢如蜗牛 旁边还是坟场 这就是这个价格应得的水准 正常

第一次住酒店不包括一次性牙刷鞋子，连旺角那些小宾馆都不会这样，幸好服务人员很有礼貌，所以还给回一些好评，另外携程那零元八达通优惠是骗局，在酒店那边领不到的，也无从使用

实在是无力吐槽了。。。首先，办理入住时候，前面只有3、4个人，硬生生的插了几波跟团的人，等了近2个小时！所有散客都忍无可忍，才跟服务员反映，但服务员的态度…房间很小，什么东西都没有，拖鞋也没有，实在不能理解，房间的插座跟大陆不匹配的，手机快没电了，但刚刚等电梯就等了四十多分钟，实在是担心下去又得等半天都上不来…电视又蒙又花，屏幕非常小。。。总之，太糟心了。。。蓝瘦。。。想骂人。。。

優點就只有便宜，天花都發梅了有味道沒有wifi電視機小而且很不清楚，沒有提供個人用品需自備，重點是房門是不能反鎖很不安全，能洗洗睡就算了，早上旅行團會超級吵...
