The staff in this hotel are friendly, the room and the bathroom are clean. The willingness to help the guests are genuine. The food are mostly yummy but not toddler friendly. Good thing they are serving fruits which my baby like. The toiletries are complete, towels are clean and you can ask for new coffee, tea, sugar and water if you run out of supplies. The space is big enough to walk around and exercise. Thank you Empire Hotel for making our stay comfortable..

酒店房間細少，有點殘舊，房間裏面已經設置了空氣清新機，但仍然有霉味，清潔尚可，沒有螞蟻和蟲之類的東西，因為有Harbour view ，同埋光線充足，住落去都好舒服，WiFi 完全冇問題，全日睇YouTube打機好流暢，食物質素………頭兩日還可以，之後我就開始要嗌外賣，酒店職員服務很好很有禮貌

Overall stay was ok. Convenient location. I changed the dates few time because the flight was canceled before, everything went well.

First of all, for the quarantine meals, you shouldn't expect so much. For lunch, it is quite okay they served japanese food even it was a little bit salty, but it is more tasty than other two breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, they served some soybean milk, bean, ham, egg. I don't usually eat those, so I just drank soybean milk.
Second, the service was really good. When I ask something to front via call, the front employee was so nice.
Thrid, you need to be care about 3rd party's order serving time. It only had 3 times a day, so please be care of time serving so you get the warm food.
