环境乾净、设施齐全、附近有商圈，非常方便。以这个价位来说，这间饭店的表现远超预期。房间虽然空间不算大，但规划得很精致，该有的备品一应俱全且环境乾净卫生。饭店周边生活机能很好，对于预算有限但注重住宿品质的旅客来说，是CP值非常高的选择。

Place was in a nice centric area, the room was clean and comfortable.
Service for both check-in and check-out is fast, convenient, and straightforward, if you don't want to use the self check-in stations, the staff will help you and check your information in less than a minute.

Room has unpleasant odor , bed is unsturdy , sofa is dirty, wall paint peeling off , shower head in toilet is rusty. I’ve book two rooms at the same hotel about half the price but the quality and size of the room feels way better than this standard family suite room. At twice the price, the rooms suppose to be more spacious if not of a higher quality and standard, but what i am getting here is unacceptable. I ask the accommodation staff for refund but they insist i can only reach out to trip for the refund. Very disappointed with this room

饭店位置很棒????虽然设备不新，但房间乾净舒适????连门把都擦的亮晶晶?早上才发现整栋建筑物太美了！

24h自助入住，可寄存行李。离东门市场和城隍庙夜市很近，旁边公园绿化不错～楼下转个街角的公车站可以坐公车到海边渔港感受新竹大风hhhh

帮朋友订房，地点非常方便，对面是市政府，走路到城隍庙或新竹巨城购物中心都不远。旅馆没有停车位，要停隔壁税务大楼，没有什么设施，但是有洗衣间和饮水机。

The moment I went up to the hotel room. I feel very uncomfortable. The room got mold smell. I dont think I will stay there again.

Central and close to Hsinchu train station, Dongmen Market and Chenghuang Temple. Hotel is a bit dated and room is clean. Good value for money.

酒店地理位置不错，房间比较大。设施太老旧了。估计很多年没有装修过，酒店可以旧，但是不能破。欧洲很多老旧酒店，但是保养的更好。这间酒店是破旧不堪。床垫都能摸到弹簧。其实不用花很多钱就能大幅改善住客体验。例如脏墙面刷一下，插座固定一下，破的床裙围缝补一下，桌面烫的白印处理一下或放置个玻璃板，脏旧空调出风口清洁一下，锈迹斑斑的浴帘换一下，再换一下发灰破损毛巾就更好了。我从业了酒店十几家，共计三十多年，就是觉得这个硬件维护不到位，高端客人不会选择，也卖不上房价。
