豪华家庭房，柜台小姐服务态度很好，有问题会有耐心的回答，房间整洁又大间，住起来很舒服，饭店走路5分钟就有巨成百货可逛，地理位置好，附近有很多商店，地下停车场是机械式，外面也有配合的停车场，很棒！下次有机会还会再来住这。

客房餐盒超级丰盛好吃，而且才286元！非住客要520元噢！早餐超有特色，尤其特色沙拉，有刺葱，手斯笋，山嶡，芝麻花生菇等。还有牧羊人派和鬼头刀鱼，太令人惊艳了！

位置在巨城后面,购物非常方便. 楼下餐厅也不小.房间不小,两张单人床很舒服.浴间有淋浴和浴缸.合小朋友和大人分开洗澡

环境不错，位置很好
餐厅也蛮值得一吃
房间空间大，三星还有浴缸和免治马桶！
缺点是健身房和三温暖需要加价，而且三温暖限男性、因为空间不足。这点我觉得值得检讨，可以学习其他饭店，一天早供女、一天晚供男，隔天交换。否则对于一间标榜永续的饭店，设施却仅供男性，很难说的过去

The room is very clean and quiet. The bathroom, however, is a bit dated and has limited space for "ladies' toiletries and makeup." The sink area is small, so you may need to place your items outside the bathroom. They use an old-fashioned shower curtain to prevent water from splashing around the bathroom, which I haven't seen in a while. Aside from the bathroom, I have no complaints about the overall experience.

Positives:
- centrally located (with a huge shopping mall just around the corner)
- fantastic breakfast in terms of quality and quantity as well as the provision of local hsinchu food
- amenities like free washing machine/dryer, sauna, free snacks and drinks were very much welcomed
- eco friendly hotel (bathroom amenities like tooth brush/paste only provided upon request)
- Room clean and functional
- separate shower and bath tub
- international electrical socket
Negatives
- bath towels could be thicker
- lack of face towel
- no hair conditioner
- my room had no view (view of shopping centre carpark)
