房间帮我升等四人房，亲子设施多到玩不完。闯关类、积木、亲子生态乐园、带动教学、煮菜菜类型。都是小小孩的天地。我家这只对于机车赛道玩不腻。真的数一数二的亲子饭店。

Positives:
- Perfect family resort with tons of activities for children to enjoy. Can spend the whole day just taking part in activities
- breakfast is fantastic, in terms of taste and variety, especially the usage of local hsinchu food
- Room big, comfortable and with nice decor
- international power socket
- baby shampoo, soap and lotion provided
- eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request
- indoor swimming pool
- sauna
Negatives
- location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel)
- sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

第三次造訪，疫情期間清潔消毒工作做得不錯，人員管控也很注重，早餐活動讓小朋友覺得很愉快，溫水游泳池更是大大加分！

吃早餐被安排即將辦婚宴的B1,9:30服務人員就開始在收排子，10點不到開始像在工地吃飯一樣，收桌巾、大聲摺桌子，主管就開始站在我們側邊舞台上大聲嚷嚷：誰誰誰你負責幹嘛幹嘛??，早餐供應到10點，但吃得好緊張，大家都是帶小孩來度假的，小孩吃東西本來就慢，大人緊張小孩被催，我們10:09分無奈的離席，第一次度假遇到這種待遇，不會再來了，也不會推薦朋友來
