The hotel rooms decor and bathrooms are a little dated, plus the mattress was very hard to sleep on. Also had someone knock on my door but tried to enter immediately without giving time to see if I was in the room which was a little strange. But clean, large space in the room, nice and quiet for sleeping. Great location to access restaurants.

服务人员亲切，由于有带小小朋友，原先订的房型床太小。柜台马上换了较大床的房型给我们。
房间隔音不错。但浴缸热水很小，要泡汤有难度。
超商有走一小段，但对面有全联，买东西算方便。

隔音差，晚上接近十二点邻近客房洗澡开关水、挂上花晒都能清晰听见 。
客房灯具控制面板难懂 。
上下客区只有一条通道，停车场狭窄，行李箱上下不方便，由其家庭团队行李箱多 ，更不便 。
看到有室内泳池，感觉比较少酒店会有室内泳池 。
客房景观不错 。
热水水压不行，流出来，完全没劲 。
标题写着新竹巿豪华酒店第二名，我的天啊 。必须再努力，加油 。

老爷都很好，住客只有二样需要注意，一是停车位都是机械式，平面只有零星几个而已，可能还要停在一楼饭店周围。二，早餐实在是难以下咽，很难置信是五星级酒店的水准。由于在市中心，其实住客是可以自行处理早餐问题。

饭店位置绝佳，上国道1号&3号 都很方便。大厅及房间乾净、整洁、舒适。饭店周边也很多小吃。唯一美中不足的地方就是，房间虽然很大，但是床很小，如果两个人睡在同一张床上，睡的很有压力，很怕一个动作一个翻身，就会碰到对方或是掉到床底下去。

星期五入住，选老爷的原因是周末加价幅度较小。较旧的五星酒店，不过维持得还不错，内部空间也大，浴室有浴缸和淋浴间，衣柜里还有烫衣板和熨斗。吹风机是小型国际牌的，一切中规中矩。
我们有加早餐，早餐在二楼咖啡厅，品项很多，口味也都不错，服务人员来收盘收得很勤。早餐有面包区、沙拉区、中式白粥、切仔面、日式乌龙面、炸物等，喝的是果汁、咖啡机豆浆、牛奶等，很丰富。
唯一觉得美中不足的是停车位，我们是小休旅，被告知停车场是机械的，有限制车型。这有点始料未及，没有预想过饭店停车场会无法停，要走去100公尺外的露天停车场。如果遇到下雨或是较晚回来，就很不方便。

Hotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

Selected hotel royal hsinchu as a quick one night stop and the stay did not disappoint us. Disappointed that we did not have the time to use the facilities.
