老爷都很好，住客只有二样需要注意，一是停车位都是机械式，平面只有零星几个而已，可能还要停在一楼饭店周围。二，早餐实在是难以下咽，很难置信是五星级酒店的水准。由于在市中心，其实住客是可以自行处理早餐问题。

饭店位置绝佳，上国道1号&3号 都很方便。大厅及房间乾净、整洁、舒适。饭店周边也很多小吃。唯一美中不足的地方就是，房间虽然很大，但是床很小，如果两个人睡在同一张床上，睡的很有压力，很怕一个动作一个翻身，就会碰到对方或是掉到床底下去。

星期五入住，选老爷的原因是周末加价幅度较小。较旧的五星酒店，不过维持得还不错，内部空间也大，浴室有浴缸和淋浴间，衣柜里还有烫衣板和熨斗。吹风机是小型国际牌的，一切中规中矩。
我们有加早餐，早餐在二楼咖啡厅，品项很多，口味也都不错，服务人员来收盘收得很勤。早餐有面包区、沙拉区、中式白粥、切仔面、日式乌龙面、炸物等，喝的是果汁、咖啡机豆浆、牛奶等，很丰富。
唯一觉得美中不足的是停车位，我们是小休旅，被告知停车场是机械的，有限制车型。这有点始料未及，没有预想过饭店停车场会无法停，要走去100公尺外的露天停车场。如果遇到下雨或是较晚回来，就很不方便。

Hotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

Selected hotel royal hsinchu as a quick one night stop and the stay did not disappoint us. Disappointed that we did not have the time to use the facilities.

room space issmall and breakfast is not good. So so need improve. Swimming pool is too small and too shallow to swim. 看看新加坡的泳池。

Food is excellent, they offered a 300NTD voucher x2 during my stay.
the first room wasn't ideal as the room has smoke smell and I requested to change room which they offered and it was great.
Room has good sound proofing windows
second room I stayed at #2003 is near lift has updated modern look.
they have morning shuttle to science park 8am, 8.30am, 9am which is great.
they have evening shuttle to Big City mall which is also a ++
otherwise would have to spend 250 NTD for taxi which is expensive.

Hotel is very good, there are lits of restaurants around, just located beside gate#3 of science park.

The room is spacious and confortable. The breakfast has a lot of choice. The staff is really kind and available.
Note: Don't forget your electrical outlet adaptor if you are from a foreign country.

The attitude of the service staff is very good. You can borrow board games to play. The swimming pool is a bit small.
