位置优越的饭店，楼下有麦当劳。客房前面是一片绿色。令人心情很好。早餐简单美味。三人房不显拥挤，下次有机会到花莲会再考虑入住。

饭店位于花莲市区，附近有不少商店和餐厅，非常方便。入住期间房间出现卫生问题，职员都积极处理。素食早餐的餐点精致又美味，而且早餐时间到13:30，不用早起也能吃到早餐！

饭店半夜1:30火灾警报系统一直响，没有人广播告知住客状况，也没有人引导逃生。且逃生路线不佳！逃到二楼被困在厨房出不去，逃生通道竟然写「员工专用」！住客惊魂未定，整晚无法入眠！很糟又难忘的住宿经验！就算早餐再好吃也没有办法消去这次惊魂记！且没有任何精神赔偿，真的处理不当。

Location of this hotel is very convenient and near to many food areas and there are many retail shops around too. Thankful for the room upgrade as it was very spacious and we had a comfortable stay. Front desk staff is helpful and resourceful as they are able to help find certain information that we require. Appreciate that they provide umbrellas at the entrance for hotel guests too.
