不足：餐厅晚上工作人员不专业，客人想打包回房间，立马说去找经理问是否可以，让客人站在门口，非常傻眼，是否好吃都不重要了。
不足：地下停车场，大概30年没有修理了。

Room is spacious.
Surrounding environment is peaceful.
Service is good, all the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
The only cons side is the breakfast not much variety provided but is fine for our family.

环境优美舒适，除以下问题外，其余都很满意，尤其员工服务态度，值得称赞。
1.入住时，浴室有一条毛巾未摺，被丢弃在最下方柜内。
2.枕头蹋软影响睡眠，向柜台反映后又再送高的枕头，但仍偏低，建议有不同高度提供选择。

完美仑饭店的环境让人印象深刻，房间非常乾净整洁，床铺舒适好睡，整体氛围安静放松。浴室与房内设备维持得很好，看得出来清洁相当用心。入住期间感觉很安心，早餐也有一定水准，是一间让人愿意再次回访的饭店。

服务很好，人员态度也很热情，饭店内有商店跟蛋糕店吃喝都不需担心，还有室内外泳池及室内游乐场，入住时可以好好放松没问题。

6年前来住过一次，这次来住了四晚，感受很惊艳，全饭店的服务都很赞，从入门口、大厅柜台、餐厅、房务嘘寒问暖的关心，像家人一样的服务，早餐是用餐到13:30，早午餐都包了，虽然不是什麽高级食材，但该有的都有，可以吃饱，平日连住真的很便宜喔！真的很棒，大推，下次来花莲一定会再续住

是一间用心经营的饭店，房间能符合我订房时的需求，最惊喜的是还有当月寿星的小礼物～两个装饰着马卡龙饼乾的小蛋糕。
比较可惜的是：室内泳池、SPA的水温都只有24度，根本不敢下水。（我们常年在室内泳池游泳，水温都没这麽低。）
还好有桌球可以打，虽然球拍、球桌不是很好，但至少有运动到了。

We had a great stay. The room was massive and the view great. The were so thoughtful for our little 1 year old.
Brunch was great and until 1330, the swimming pool was lovely, and we spend quite a lot of time in the playroom with our. 1 year old. Thank you.

Had a great stay! Staff were attentive and hardworking. Nice and spacious room. Good provision of facilities including a self service laundry room.
Buffet dinner was basic.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and this was a lovely hotel. We enjoyed the queen bed, view out to the beautiful hotel grounds, breakfast and newly renovated bathrooms. You can also rent a bike for 2 hours for NTD100, which we did to cycle to the beach. There is also a free shuttle to the train station and back. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant. There were lots of other amenities which didn't get a chance to try. Bear in mind that you'll need a taxi to get into Hualien town which is a ten minute drive and around NTD150-180 one way. There is no Uber in Hualien.
