we stayed here in Jan 2013 for one night and a great hotel by the harbour and 10 min from city centre. Very polite front desk staff excellent lobby deco and speedy lift service. Excellent spa and saun/gym facilities outdoor pool was too cold to use but saw some people using the heated outdoor jacuzzi. Room was spacious and all the amenties clean with a balcony and excellent view. Some rooms have automated toilet seats even!br/br/Breakfast room was large and great choice of selections of Asian/Western/Tradition Taiwanese food. Prompt service and well mannered staff.br/br/Overall an excellent hotel and would definitely stay here again if we come to Hualian again. The only downside was most staff do not speak English but were all very polite.

花蓮機場的接駁服務人員已經提早在機場等候我們，機場到飯電車程只需15分鐘。櫃檯服務非常好，知道我們要前往遠雄海洋公園更是提醒要防曬和補充水分，還特地請我們帶上飯店房間的礦泉水因為海洋公園的礦泉水很貴，並說回飯店後可以再免費請客房服務送上礦泉水。隔天用完早餐，服務人員更推薦天氣好可以到海邊散步。由於是淡季房客不多但服務和餐飲依舊不打折。

在可以看到海景的套房住了兩晚br/早餐晚餐都不錯br/也有免費的無線網路可以用br/乾淨的好旅館br/可惜交通有點不方便br/從車站附近坐計程車過來大概要120新台幣

从酒店的大堂到房间的摆饰都是很原住民的风格，服务人员的态度也很好。美中不足的是离市区有一点远，还有早餐不知道是不是因为过年期间人比较多所以很像在菜市场吃东西的感觉。

wonderful stay here. Super clean ultra comfortable. I slept like a baby. Wide array of food available for breakfast - western cuisine and Chinese cuisine. Really appreciated the excellent service cleanliness and food. Great place to stay after visiting Taroko. Would definitely stay here again.

环境很好，服务非常周到，枕头很软，睡得相当舒服。br/很卫生，位置不错，和同事住得很开心。br/特别是酒店里的拖鞋，很可爱很Q哦哦哦
