为了环保放置的温馨床卡，至少是乾净的吧，不是眼见的污垢卡，放置在乾净整洁的铺位上。下午七点房间的水流就很小。电梯大厅从入住到退房超过12小时，地面的污垢没动过。健身房的器械脏，地面脏，酒精感应装置是坏的。唯一的一点是早餐厅，服务人员挺客气，菜品有特色。携程的五星值得思考，踩雷五星！

早餐选择非常多样，这次和家人住宿双床房型，如果身高超过175可能会觉得床睡起来不够有安全感＞＜
房间打扫的非常乾净，即使没有特别选择景观房，窗帘拉开还是能看到大片的山景??? 房间有个美中不足的地方就是插头不够多、有没有桌上镜，女生要化妆只能站在玄关或利用厕所的镜子。

带父亲来花莲两日游，入住烟波大饭店花莲馆，确实服务挺好，硬体该有的都有，三温暖健身房，大床房还有大浴缸，空间很大，乾净整洁，房间没有附洗漱用品，也没有瓶装水，走环保路线，早餐人好多，东西都挺新鲜好吃，推荐。

这次入住花莲烟波饭店最让我惊喜的是早餐时间居然一路开放到中午，对于喜欢睡晚一点的旅客来说实在非常贴心。早餐种类丰富、补餐迅速，不管几点下楼都能吃到热腾腾的料理，整体用餐体验非常满意，是会让人想再回访的细节之一。

离市区比较远一点的位置，饭店大厅宽敞，柜台服务人员态度亲切，办理入住手续迅速确实。
这次选了没有早餐的方案，现场选择加购早餐有折扣，但隔天想到附近吃个早餐。
客房办理入住时有升等，是面市景的客房，客房空间大，整理得很乾净，冰箱内有两罐饮料，有水壶可以到走廊饮水机装水。
浴室有浴缸蛮大一间，旅游晚上回饭店能够泡澡是很舒服的，浴室水量及冷热都稳定，挺好。
床铺感觉偏软了点，枕头还蛮舒服的，美中不足的是隔音效果不是很好，多少都还是能听到隔壁客房的动静。

The room was clean and had a nice ocean view and small balcony. Helpful staff and good breakfast buffet. Not near the nigh market but there are restaurants around. Good experience.
