整体设施较老旧，这个跃层真的格局不太合理，不推荐住这个户型，首先就是空调温度上下不一，热空气不知道为什么都在上面，冬天睡觉很不舒服。其次就是跃层上下楼不方便，衞生间要到楼下去上，灯只能搞所谓的智能氛围灯，所以非常麻烦，衞生间有门槛，很容易绊到，电视机也是上面的很大吧你投屏，下面的很小却安了华住的机顶盒能投屏，打电话给前台叫人来看了才知道。最后床很不舒服，隔音也很差，半夜去他房间上下楼用水的声音都很大，早餐也只有七点开始，爬黄山需要很早起，不太方便。

Excellent location with private bus transfer to the Huangshan Ticketing booth. Hotel is new with free washer and dryer for use. Allowed us to store our luggages (free of charge) for 2 days while we stayed in Huangshan mountain. Highly recommended.

房间挺乾净的，设施也都齐全。酒店所有服务人员都很热情，早上有免费的车送去换乘中心，很不错～黄山的初雪很美??

设施：桔子酒店一如既往的让人安心。酒店有免费停车场，自家很方便。
衞生：衞生维持了一直以来的标准。很好。
服务：酒店离南大门很近。早上有酒店的车可以把客人拉去巴士换成站。十分钟一趟，很方便。回来的时候可以坐景区大巴，直接到汤口岭下车对面就是。特别友好。
爬山那天天气很好。玩得很开心。

Nice and comfy hotel with good basic facilities and services (except with only one receptionist “not in good morning mood” on Oct 23 on our Huangshan hiking day). The hotel had provided courtesy shuttle service to the foot of the mountain at the main entrance which is a short drive from the hotel. The return trip the next day was managed through a public bus which cost Rmb19.00 only. Hotel breakfast was acceptable with good spread at a comfy compact hall with good customer service. Room conditions were good, and the room which is relatively big is colorful and relatively new! Room lighting system is a challenge though but creatively done to provide great ambiance for different needs. Highly recommended!

有着很亲切的服务，性价比比较高，房间也空间够大最好的还有免费的自助洗衣和烘乾机，酒店对面就有近郊公车可搭前往黄山的索道车 。1楼有很美味的餐厅午餐晚餐生意都不错，值得推荐??
