房间很满意。客服态度很好,免费升级阳台景观房,靠在阳台摇椅上看着黄山,还是惬意！接送我们到黄山风景区换乘中心的师傅必须五星好评,因为我们个人过失,让师傅多跑一趟路,态度非常好！出行就是这样,遇到性价比高的店就会加分,不虚此行！前台小姐姐们态度很好,送的早餐很丰盛,简直不要太实惠！

房间乾净衞生，住起来很舒适
服务态度很友好，有求必应
提供黄山南大门的接送服务，省时省力
门口还有旅游谘询，可以询问定制的旅游路线，还会提供登山杖
最后，早餐的鸡蛋饼真的很好吃！！！

酒店一楼餐饮部服务员态度巨巨巨好，大堂经理会给游客规划上山路线，早上也有师傅专车送至南大门，还特地留号码説回来也负责接回酒店拿行李或私家车，房间装修很新，小巧温馨，浴室水流很大，携程顾客还免费升级到阳台景观房

説实话这家酒店是我预订的酒店中最出乎意料的，位置很方便，尤其是吃住行。酒店服务也很贴心，还特意升级了房间，南大门接送也很方便，尤其是家里人出行酒店很好的满足了出行要求，人数多的情况下尤为便利。点赞，推荐。

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t speak English so that was a challenge but they made sure communication was as good as it could be. Loverly clean hotel so such brilliant value for money. Also loverly restaurant in the hotel

Very kind an helpful staff. The hotel is recently built, very clean and feels luxurious. I got upgraded to a balcony room, that was also pleasant to relax in. The street is quiet and they even provided transportation to the bus terminal.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean room , bathroom & toilet. Seemed to be a family owned, so whatever you want to do they can accommodate. We asked them to book to the Huangshan Mt and taxi to the Railway Station, etc. Overall we are happy with the stay.

A family of 3+1 kid, visited in March 2025.
Location: only 1 km away from tangkouzen transfer center/Huangshan scenic gate, with many shops and restaurants along the route, comfortable to explore.
Room: I'm very impressed with the decent room size and can see it is very newly renovated. Everything is blazing clean and spotless. 5 stars from me!
Facilities: breakfast was simple, perhaps it's best not to have a big breakfast before hiking the mountain. The hotel also has a restaurant right next to it, seems to be of the same owner. And due to the exceptional hospitality of the staffs, we ended up dined twice in this restaurant. Their menu was decent as well.
Other unexpected:
++ the hotel offered drop off to the Huangshan scenic gate in the morning for free
++ the hotel also provided wooden sticks to hike the Huangshan if you need one
++ laundry and dryer machines are available, although it took quite a long time to dry (probably because of the very cold room temp ＜10 C at night in March)
One thing bothered me and I don't know whose fault, but the hotel name was different from what's listed in the app, it is Hui You, so I had to recall from memories how the building looks like and asked, luckily not too much trouble from this.
