  Very friendly and warm reception. left early go to mountains and a breakfast was packed up for us. Great location with some lovely restaurants nearby. Very highly recommended.

  I really love this special boutique hotel and I always go back there. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable and the staff are friendly and efficient. It is located right in the centre also right by the ancient street in a beautiful location. Definitely recommend on all levels! Enjoy!

  本来抱着一个没有期望的心态入住这酒店，但是这酒店的装饰品，房间舒适感，女管家门的用心与服务态度，早餐的品质非常的良好。 是个隐藏的宝石 ??,赞 ????????????！

  这是我们第三次住徽自在了，这次明显觉得它没落了。 这家客栈的地理位置很好很方便，家庭房很宽敞很舒服，这是我们一再入住的原因。 但这次明显觉得：服务员的精气神不再，早餐太差了，离店的伴手礼也没有了，等等原因。 据了解，一直在亏钱，前段时间差点闭店。但是如果再这样下去，老顾客都会留不住，生意就会更加差，是恶性循环。真心希望它能一直经营下去的。

  The hotel is quite pretty (however a bit less than in the pictures). The service was nice. The room had many weird things that made the stay not so comfortable - hard soup instead of liquid, tiny toiletries (not sustainable, not possible to read which one is shower gel or shampoo), the way the bathroom is connected to the toilet, the bathroom floor that keeps the water forever, dirty windows. The breakfast was small and cooked in front of you by a nice lady - however tasty. No coffee or tea available at breakfast - bummer :(

  前台小姐姐服务非常好，环境优美，很惊喜，长者很喜欢，早餐也很好，自驾来交通便利，有停车场，下次还来这里

  房间乾净整洁，客栈里面装饰很雅致，工作人员服务态度很好，停车出行方便，位置就在小吃街边很方便，下次出行还来徽自在

  和好友爬黄山，下山后到老街来玩住的这里，酒店古色古香的很有韵味，房间也很乾净整洁。店家美女服务很贴心、周到，我们寻找美食，还帮我们推荐了吃的。非常推荐！

  酒店位置好，在黎阳老街旁边，步行也能去屯溪老街。晚上周边比较热闹。民宿衞生和早餐有待加强，去周边景点还算方便。
