房间设施：酒店设施很新，没有味道早餐：该有的都有，在黄山已经很不错啦。
位置交通：在红星美凯龙的对面。
还有各种亲子设施，能满足不同客户的需求我们入住前和Cassie 提前做了沟通，她帮我们调整了房间位置，退房时间做了延迟，非常感谢。
唯一缺点：新酒店有装修点味道。

?必体验：傍晚一定要沿着湖边步道散步，金色夕阳洒在湖面上美到窒息
?美食：早餐的黄山地锅馍和毛豆腐太有特色了，晚餐推荐尝试徽州臭鳜鱼
?周边玩法：酒店出发10分钟就能到章渡古镇，比宏村人少景美还免费

Hyatt Regency staff were very helpful and always doing their best to meet our needs. We were all not feeling well during this part of the trip, especially our young daughter. Late in the evening our daughter refused to eat the rice soup she had enjoyed the evening before. Instead she just wanted cereal. Because of my own illness and lack of Chinese language skills, it took some time to communicate our needs to the staff. But in the end the staff was able to find cereal for our daughter.
Also, the food overall was delicious with a nice spread for the breakfast buffet. Thank you Hyatt for all your help!

The hotel is very close to the airport but a bit far from the city center. It takes about 30 minutes by car to reach Huangshan Old Street, so I can only give it 4 stars.
The hotel lobby, restaurant, gym, corridors, and guest rooms are all very new and impeccably clean, deserving a full 5-star rating.
The hotel staff were extremely warm and welcoming. They upgraded our room and provided many services for our baby since we were traveling with a 0-year-old. For example, they prepared a baby crib, baby toiletries, and other thoughtful amenities. The service was excellent, deserving a full 5 stars.
Although the hotel is quite new, our room’s air conditioning did not provide heating. Even after calling staff for repairs, the issue was not resolved. In January, nights in Huangshan are very cold, and our room temperature stayed around 20°C throughout the night. We had no choice but to keep our baby wrapped in the blanket while sleeping. In the morning, our hands and feet were freezing—it was truly disappointing. I hope the hotel will thoroughly inspect and maintain its equipment, as this is a basic requirement for a high-end hotel. Unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars for this aspect.

Very new hotel. The facilities in general was excellent. Especially the gym and the pool. The only slight down side is that the hotel is so new that the dining facilities all closed by 9pm. Otherwise great location to explore ancient town of tunxi
