My partner and I had the best experience at Floral Hotel. The owner/manager goes above and beyond to help, and speaks very good english. He helped us plan our trip to Huangshan in depth, and his route was perfect and worked well for our plans. Highly recommend staying here for non-mandarin speakers wanting to see the mountain.
The rooms are incredibly nice and clean, at such a reasonable price. The hotel restaurant is really good too and the atmosphere is very homely, with a cute cat.
The location is not too close to the mountain but this does not matter as the hotel arranges transfers to the train station, and the owner even personally drove us to the mountain bus stop. The part of the town where the hotel is located is also quite lovely and quiet.
Highly highly recommend staying here as a base for your trip to the magnificent Huangshan mountain.

温馨舒适，超出预期！强烈推荐
第一次入住[松也]，体验感超棒！入住当天老板给我们打电话，确认到达时间，提前开空调??.到了帮一家子搬行李??。位置绝佳，离翡翠谷步行10min左右（翡翠谷真的超美）！！！
房间一进门就让人眼前一亮！日式原木风，还有超大榻榻米！
服务很好很热情～店里还有私房菜，强推笋乾炒肉！我们还买了些店家自己做的笋乾，长辈直夸??????
早餐很丰盛，量很多很多很多，我们2大1小根本吃不完??

房间宽敞干净，近景点。尤其为老板服务点赞：给了详细的登山路线指导，并且提供了酒店到黄山入口的接送服务。早餐丰富美味，中午餐价格相当实惠，也特别可口！完全不用再找餐馆了。Highly recommend.

Excellent service - extremely helpful with arrangements for pick up from Train station and to/from the mountain. Very comfortable bed and laundry facilities. Short walk to Emerald Valley. ?In house restaurant meals were good and convenient as I didn’t want to venture out after long day trekking. I would absolutely recommend to solo or family travelers. Plus the kitty cat is most friendly ambassador

我们临时来黄山和朋友一家相会一日，房间挺干净的，就在翡翠谷旁边，供应早餐很不错。店里的服务人员态度都很亲切～
我们在回程路上接到酒店电话说落了一枚戒指，我自己都忘了? 感谢店家提醒，并且特意给我寄过来，实在是太好心。
有空会再来。

自驾车从黄山北站过去的，约1小时车程，需要走一段山路才能到。大位置有点偏远。到达后是一个民俗区，环境挺好，安静。不远处就是翡翠谷景区。老板给升级了房型，房间比较大，干净，布置优雅。这里有餐厅，可以点餐，味道挺好。适合自驾游，门前就可停车。

房间很有设计感，很干净整洁，出行很方便，就在山脚下，晚上睡觉很安静，早餐很好吃，登山回来吃的晚餐也很好吃。老板非常热情，给我们规划登山路线，还送了雨衣和登山杖。体验感非常不错的入住。

店家服务特别好，提前和我联系，提前给路线说明，安排吃的，晚饭吃的很不错。第二天的出游建议特别好，避开拥堵线路，黄山爬的也很开心。全程安排人员接送。

在翡翠谷正上方，进入民宿区右拐没有20米就到了，车子可以停到翡翠谷的大停车场，小路直接上去就是了。离开时老板那登记可以免停车费，充电车也放心开过去，很大一个充电停车场，补能超级方便，夜里温度大概20度，溪边散步很是惬意。就餐就在老板这里新鲜美味，是个宝藏酒店。

太喜欢这家民宿了。地理位置优越，走路5分钟就到翡翠谷，开车4分钟到香溪漂流。孩子们玩得很开心。关键是民宿有一只猫咪，温柔可爱，很亲人。小朋友可喜欢了。老板手艺很好，烧的一手好菜，特别是鸡汤，绝对美味??。我儿子说不想离开这里了，从黄山下来就心心恋恋的，说以后还要来住。
