环境非常非常好 酒店工作人员服务也很贴心 前台小姚和小范态度很好 最重要的是酒店宠物友好 有很空旷的草坪让小狗随便跑 小狗很开心??我们也很开心 天气暖和会带小狗宝再去的

环境：在黄山市区的山里，算是闹中取静。酒店区域很大，还有草坪、钓鱼台，非常适合staycation
设施：里面实际上有两类酒店，香榧谷和松栖谷，本次预订的香榧谷是叠墅，面积很大，带客厅、厨房、露台，主卧还有浴缸，整体装修更现代化，居住体验很好。
服务：为vx管家式服务，感谢小姚和小范的帮助，一直帮忙叫摆渡车和预订活动，响应速度很快～
唯一美中不足的是早餐和下午茶品类太少，尤其是下午茶感觉相当敷衍，饮品只有茶，连咖啡和饮料都没有，点心只有2-3款，一款只摆6-8个，服务人员在那发呆甚至不知道补餐，我们一行4人拿了以后，后面来的一家人就没有什么选择了??????感觉餐饮方向不像是这个酒店的强项，亟待加强。

A wonderful experience for my family. My parents enjoyed the scenery and tranquility of this resort. My daughters loved the equestrian. I enjoyed the hiking trip organised by the resort, and of course the warm service and nice food. 特别感谢前台小李 小范 小徐，帮助我们订票，规划行程；管家小梁，陪伴我们徒步，安排孩子们钓鱼；还有餐饮部方先生，深夜为我们送来可口的食物，服务都非常好。

酒店户外景色很雅致，这个季节层林尽染、尽赏秋色。房间设施很乾净，管家服务暖心，晚安汤、早餐送餐到房间，大满足，有额外需求也尽力满足了。酒店徒步登山，很有野趣，推荐。

This was the best in China and we are fully satisfied and rather delighted, the hotel staff and the service is par excellence and so are the facilities, ambiance, cleanliness and food,
Our special thanks first of all goes to Fan from the office staff, Fan immensely helped us throughout our stay, went above and beyond and took our care as anyone from the family would, she managed to book our memorable trip to Huangshan mountains, and we are beyond words to thank her,
Chan (form the food and restaurant) was brilliant and so helpful and friendly and we established such a good rapport and his sharing of Chinese culture, about food and other tips made our evening special,
All the rest of staff including hotel Manager were brilliant and I won’t mind visiting again!
I would recommend anyone to stay here anytime and be assured of memorable experiences!
