酒店风景绝佳，阳枱面朝大海，房间优雅舒适设施齐全。前台和客房服务都很棒，为我们免费升级了高层海景房，最惊喜的是酒店包含的日出海塔景点，夜景很美，拍了很多照片～下次还会再来！

环境很好，房间乾净衞生。服务热情。没有小宝宝的游戏设计，游泳池也没有室内的，宝宝没有可以玩的，希望能有所增加。室内玩具没有电，不能玩。

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

Wonderful view by the seaside. Comfortable, tidy, clean and elegant hotel. The seaview rooms are wonderful. We were upgraded to a high floor (17/F) and the view was fabulous! A lot of seafood restaurant within 10 minutes reach by taxi. It's nice to walk at the beach at night or during daytime. The cliff is beautiful, and you can access there freely from the hotel.
In short, it's a great hotel!

服务态度很好！房间阳台正对大海，躺在床上就可以看日出啦，晚上能看到海岸网上烟花，风景视野超好的！一整天在房间里都能很舒服。

今次入住银沙酒店非常满意????，酒店环境超美????，瞓觉都可以听到海浪声很疗愈??！还可以在房间睇到日出??????！值得一提是入住时由管家小苏安排的一切非常妥当????????！小苏还upgrade了房间非常满意，?又很细心地照顾问我们有冇特别需要例如添加饮用水，因为今次是庆祝结婚周年准备了一个很美的蛋糕，非常贴心！下次有空时必定再来入住??

选择到惠州双月湾跨年，选择了日出银沙酒店，给了我出乎意料的惊喜。酒店门口就遇到了管家小罗，帮我们办理入住，升级了楼层，仔细提醒我们酒店各项活动，还在我们入住之后随时关心我们的需求。酒店的各项设施很齐全，入住体验非常好，礁石酒吧、礼堂、廊桥非常出片，还看到了2026年第一缕阳光，开心！推荐推荐！

房间很大，每间都是海景，大阳台，有圆形沙发和高脚桌椅，早晨在阳台看看日出，打坐冥想，上午晒晒太阳，晚上看夜景和烟花，就已经很舒服了，度假就是可以有一个舒服可以不动的地方！管家服务很好，从入住登记帮我们协调满意的楼层，到每日的水果，延迟退房，都不用动嘴，主动服务，必须给个五星??好评！再説餐食，早餐确实人多，晚点来吃就会好一点，残品可以的，中西，广式都有很丰富，味道也不错，非周末还可以自己扎蔬菜汁！休息好去处
