在这里度过了个完美假期，首先管家很亲切，有问题及时解决，房间设施虽然有点年份了，但不影响体验感，整体来説还不错，泳池玩的很嗨，泡池热水够热，还会再来二刷，赞一个，另外就是携程的工作人员也很不错，全程安排得很好

非常适合亲子，浴缸，温泉池，游泳池，大客厅，满足周末度假需求。管家服务很到位，知道入住人数，给免费升级；下雨还给泳池开启了恒温加热，周边度假强烈推荐；

房间很宽，适合发呆。泳池很漂亮。服务特别好，早餐送上门。管家小哥爱笑，很帅！宠物友好！！！泡池虽小，还挺舒服。麻将台用不了，有点可惜。厨房设施再齐备些就好了。

环境一般，硬件设施也比较旧，温泉池很小（2人池），游泳池其实是一个亮点，但不能游【天气26度，可以游泳，但向管家提了要求放水游泳（到店时，泳池水只有3分之一），説协调不了放水问题，解决不了】，放着不能用，可惜！管家服务还是可以的。

订的双床房，登记时下午6点都説没有打扫好，説是升级两个单间，房间入住率不高有明显霉味，小床单上有血迹。衞生间也有臭味，住着难受。提供早餐説是8/10点，要求8点结果8点半才送到。本想离球会近打球方便，没想到踩了个坑，球会那边説这家口碑也很差！

I booked a two room villa they gave me a 3 room villa because they didn’t have some in a two room. Generally that would be awesome but they locked the 3rd room door ??. It was not the soft furniture I ordered it was hard wood furniture because it was not the room we booked. The bathroom in the main room was cracked , the bath in the other room was wobbly on it’s legs and too dangerous to use . The “hot tub” by the pool jets didn’t work, and the water just kept draining (no actual drain) so constantly used water. There was NO kitchen amenities as in cooking utensils . There was only one pot. No cutlery . Some glasses and wine glasses no mugs for coffee. No spatchula or anything. , the pool is great but the water was a bit dirty and the lights in the pool didn’t work at all so my kids could not swim in the evening which ruined the whole idea of a villa with a pool.It’s a decent location and lovely facilities if they maintained them better . The beds are also really hard so if you like a hard bed you will be fine.
