酒店挺新的，酒店的最大亮点是礁石酒吧。拍照超出片????管家小罗服务好贴心，升级到28楼高楼层享受完美一线正海景。房间美中不足没有浴缸。早餐很丰富，中西都有，但服务可以改进一下找人带位比较好，餐厅长长的长形，我们散客撞上公司团建，好难找位置。

进入日出盐晶酒店就感觉很气派，背景的蓝色大海和波涛拍打声让人兴奋。酒店环境整洁，房间布局完美，优雅又不失格调。更值得赞扬的是酒店服务周到细致，让人感觉很舒心，服务员Judy彬彬有礼，热情周到，还为我们升级了房型，提供水果等，很细心暖心。同时，入住酒店的客人可免费进入景区，礁石酒吧、栈道、礼堂及观涛景相当优美，总之这次入住体验感很好！

酒店房间海景很棒 管家很贴心 升了房送了欢迎水果 还会主动询问缺什么用品 天气原因泳池和地下河关闭了 但还是有很多景点看风景拍照的

Truly lives up to name of 5* hotel. Service was great with a hotel butler assigned to guests. Betty kindly upgraded our rooms to a higher floor for a better sea view. She also checked in morning and night to ask if we were comfortable and needed anything. Fruits to welcome guests upon arrival. First round of mini bar (small can of chips + 2 soft drinks) was complimentary instead of just bottled water. Rooms were lovely - spacious, clean and came with breakfast. We enjoyed the free photo pkg, moon bath and scenic area too. All in, a wonderful experience that didn't cost an arm and a leg.

确实是五星级度假酒店，有地下停车场，停车方便，相对偏一些，但也安静，独享整片海岸，海景很美，早餐好吃，服务也在线。
双卧套房适合有大孩子的家庭，俩娃也能舒服住下。
如果一定要説缺点，那就是双卧套房在整栋建筑的西头，挨着一栋烂尾楼，但其实也并不会感觉很不舒服，反而是种带着缺憾的真实美感。

订的双房双卧，阳台推门可见海，环境舒适优美，服务也十分到位，管家有求必应。总体来説这次出行旅途很愉快。自助餐厅种类丰富，冬季出行人少，几个打卡点都去了，随便一拍都是大片，期待下次旅途～

We chose 日出盐晶酒店 to celebrate the countdown of the new year with friends. The hotel was kind of a resort hotel. It was beautiful and clean. Location wise, it was not at the centre of the fireworks activities but we could still see the fireworks. The positive side was it’s relatively less noisy as people played the fireworks till 4-5am in the morning.
Many thanks to Ada, the hotel guest service officer, who helped us all the arrangements before our checking-in and during our stay. She was friendly, resourceful and responsive.

Robbie 罗管家非常好，有求必应，人靓仔服务又好，给送了水果，还安排了延迟退房。酒店服务人员也很不错，都有问入住的房间安排分满意吗需要增加矿泉水吗，这次的旅行非常满意开心。

I spent my birthday here and it was amazing! The staff especially Xiao Su was so helpful , she even gave me a cake , the views from the room was breathtaking! Would definitely be coming back again! A 10/10 experience

I arrived at the hotel and they didn’t give me the room I reserved online. The front desk didn’t even tell me about it. When I went to my room, I found that it wasn’t the one I had reserved. I asked the hotel to give me the room I had reserved, but they said there were no more rooms available. I had to wait from 10 PM to 12 AM to get it sorted out, which was extremely wasteful of my time. And it was a solo birthday trip I went for so I was out till the midnight of my birthday. They only agreed to give me a free night after my Chinese friend had to intervene. Other than this I had a good stay and was delivered a birthday cake
