The hotel is very well located. The view from the room is amazing. That's where the good things end. The rooms are in poor condition and need renovation. There is a swimming pool, but it is shallow and not suitable for swimming. The breakfast is not suitable for Europeans, but you won't go hungry. The staff is very helpful, and if you take their Wechat number, they will always be available. There is a good Russian restaurant nearby, Arbathous.

早年住过这个酒店，这次再过去，少了昔日的人多热闹，酒店设施设备也老了非常多，严重缺少维护。
这个好评是给前台小云的，服务态度特别好，必须给100星??。非常用心服务和维护酒店声誉，老板应该好好奖励这么好的员工，不然我就要挖走啦（^^）

不可否认凤凰属于老酒店了，维护保养都不是很到位。房间里霉味很重，开门半小时才感觉霉味散掉一部分，浴室的毛巾和浴袍都很旧了，甚至都掉絮絮！我们的房间在高区，水压根本不够用，莲蓬头出的水小的让人无语！酒店楼下的沙滩可能外包给了别的商户，凌晨2点还有人放烟花，对睡眠要求质量比较高的小伙伴们要慎重选择！看得出管理团队也在努力用服务弥补硬件的缺失，入住送了月饼，免费升级了房型，服务员也很热情！最可圈可点的是酒店的位置，个人觉得比艾美的位置还要优越，海景一流！

Great location and stunning sea views.
Direct access to the beach and several restaurants right on the ground floor is a big plus.
Be aware though: it can get quite noisy at night, with parties and fireworks often going on until around 1:00 am (especially from Friday to Monday).
The hotel itself feels a bit old-fashioned and could be cleaner—still acceptable, but not ideal. We also had constant running-water noise from the AC during the night. Amenities are very basic and could definitely use an update.
Overall, it’s a great deal if you value location and the view, but quite expensive considering the actual condition of the hotel.

由于孩子的爷爷奶奶就住在附近，所以我常带着孩子经常住，小朋友喜欢的大海、沙滩、烟花都有了。住了那么多次，酒店也偶尔升个房，但这次很意外，酒店在周末竟然升到行政楼层??。大堂晓红经理提前联系我安排好房间，服务专业细致，赠送的水果品质也非常棒。

酒店非常好，送了月饼和沙滩玩具，前台工作人员小邓帅哥的服务非常好，楼下就是沙滩，还有专属游泳池，小孩玩的非常开心，过了两天都不肯走，早餐也非常丰富，没有其他人说的那么差，总之我非常满意，下次放假还会再来???

Excellent service from the staff from start to finish (eg. there was no fridge in the room but they brought one up inside 15 minutes). Great location right next to the beach. The hotel is just looking tired, with carpets & walls etc needing replacing or redecorating.

Mattress, bed sheet & blanket all are with high moisture content cause bad smell
Result is my wife's eye felt bad & bad sleeping quality
Only the view is goid

The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and with amazing view. Also the outdoor swimming pool was nice. Parking was convenient.
But the room itself was dated, poorly maintained and not very well cleaned. Especially the floor was dirty and not suggested to walk with bear feet.
Also the breakfast was not very good with limited choices. They did not even have basic bread to toast.
I would not come back to this hotel in the future, unless they do a big renovation and improve the cleanliness.
