A spacious, elegant hotel with wonderful hot springs. The hotel has several restaurants, so you can dine without leaving the premises. The grounds are very pleasant. I especially want to note the responsiveness of the staff. Employees promptly provide information about the schedule of events at the hotel and help with any current issues. We were running late for our train and couldn't get a taxi. The staff took the initiative and helped us arrange a car. Thank you to Amy for her organization, friendliness, and responsiveness! Thanks to her and her colleague, we made it to our train without rushing. We will be back! We remember our stay with joy!

Hotel is pet friendly. Best hotel in GZ within 2hrs drive from Shenzhen. Only hotel with a beach, infinity pool and Hotspring. Well worth. Stayed 2 nights, and had two rooms for 4 people in December. Yuki was a great help and we were upgraded to ocean view rooms. Hotel also has petting zoo. Hotel has around 30 hotspring pools but only 15 were open due to low season in December 2025. Breakfast selection was great.

全部五分。第二次来，上次来还是好多年前，这次感觉更好了，沙滩很方便，也乾净，温泉池子也多，健身房维护的也不错，够基本需求，有一对一管家小罗（小箩筐），有求必应。套餐里面摘草莓活动也很实在，草莓很大很甜。下次还会再来

酒店服务很好、设施不错、食物也很好。我们都很喜欢。套房赠送很多活动：下午茶、萌宠、温泉等等，还有2小时的儿童托管，不过我们没有用到了。惊喜！下午茶原来是自助的，很棒！温泉很好，很舒服。温泉有提供红枣茶很贴心，工作人员也很好，很尽责地端茶给我们、又会摆放整齐大家在池边的拖鞋。温泉早上也开放很好（后来我们换了另外一间酒店，早上就不开放）。早餐也不错，很多选择。喂动物我们最喜欢那两只白色小鸟/鹦鹉??因为可以爬到我们手指和背上。酒店还挂了一袋水果和奶在房间门口给孩子。走的时候也送了很可爱的毛公仔。我们度过了开心的两日一夜。特别点名小陈，加了微信，有问必答，特别helpful。
唯一美中不足的是，位置比较偏僻，比较难打车。特别系跨年这几日，因为多人好塞车，走的时候打唔到车，好在门口的职员帮我们找到司机。希望下次来有更好的配套，帮助客人更容易离开。
夏天一定再来，期待可以玩漂浮和沙滩！

We had a nice weekend stay at resort. Upon reception, I upgraded the room to sea view room and got a nice family suite with a perfect view. The staff was super helpful, despite having language barrier. Rooms were spacious and clean. Property has plenty of pools including hot spring water and is good place to spend some quality time. Definitely recommended ??

Although the staff were friendly & helpful. Rooms were very spacious, clean and modern & service was excellent. Hotel and resort itself were great, a private beach, variety of hot springs and pools, even a kids water park. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation as children made it a disruptive environment, especially in the hot spring area. No rules were followed by other guests making it difficult to enjoy relaxing. Hot springs are treated as splash pools for children & it was difficult to relax peacefully. Guests with children should be encouraged to be less disruptive in public areas.

# Perfect Family Escape at Regal Palace Resort – Fun & Scenic! We had an amazing stay at Regal Palace Resort! This luxurious yet family-friendly property exceeded our expectations in every way. The resort’s creative childcare programs and daily scheduled events (treasure hunts, pool games) kept our children happily busy. The staff’s genuine warmth made our little ones feel special. Our balcony overlooked the turquoise ocean—perfect for sunrise coffees and evening stargazing. The private beach was clean, quiet, and ideal for building sandcastles or snorkeling. pacious rooms with blackout curtains (a parent’s dream!), kid-sized bathrobes, and a lagoon-style pool with a shallow zone for toddlers. he breakfast buffet offered fresh local fruits and made-to-order omelets. For dinner, the beachfront grill served melt-in-your-mouth seafood while accommodating dietary requests. Special shout-out to Mr.Lin for arranging surprise birthday decorations in our room—such a sweet touch!

Thanks to my friend Lin to made our stay at this hotel absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The kids loved the shallow, warm pools, while we enjoyed the relaxing mineral-rich hot springs with stunning ocean views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering kid-friendly amenities and thoughtful touches like beach toys and floaties.The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with a cozy yet luxurious vibe. Waking up to the sound of waves and soaking in our private outdoor tub was pure bliss. The on-site restaurant served delicious, fresh meals with plenty of options for both adults and little ones.What really stood out was the hotel's attention to detail—child-safe pools, fun activities like seashell hunting, and even a mini dining area for kids! We left feeling rejuvenated and already planning our next trip. Highly recommend for families looking for relaxation and fun by the sea!

餐厅相当一般，千万别去吃西餐，扒的肉质相当一般。早餐品种少人太多。
满分给沙滩、泳池和儿童设施。
房间挺不错，风景很不错
和三亚的天域还是有点差距
